Initial trolley delivered had a broken battery clip but was quickly sorted by Ariane & Peter with a replacement arriving quickly.
Replacement trolley had one of the remote magnets fitted the wrong way round. Tried to remove it to swap it round but it broke so sourced some and replaced them myself rather than mess around.
Managed a trip out with it and really pleased with it and it does have some pro's and cons.
Pro's - very sturdy, very quiet, very stable, battery looks like it will do 36 holes, removable remote is great, compact size.
Con's - heavier than expected, remote can get knocked off if not careful, would have been nice to have come with a travel bag.
Overall, very pleased with quality and service, so far so good, v happy.

Excellent trolley, easy to fold and assemble and compact compared to other trolleys on the market.
The remote is a winner as you don’t have to hang onto some to vary the speeds
They claim a 27 hole battery, I have done 36 holes and still had 2 bar of charge, should be rated to 36 holes.

Compact and sturdy but quite heavy. It would benefit by being able to steer rather than just forward or backwards. My umbrella very loose in holder, probably needs to be customised. The handle and shaft detached from the body but pushed it back in. Don't know if this is normal or a fault, I will keep an eye on it. Early days but working ok so far.

The trolley is easy to assemble and use. The straps could do with being 2 or 3 inches longer as they don't reach round my tour bag but ok for my smaller bag.
Controls are easy to use and great being small to fit in the pocket.
Magnets that hold the control on the trolley need fixing properly to the trolley as one has already fell off and been lost.

This is my first electric trolley, so I cannot compare to an other. However, setting up the trolley is very simple and it use very easy.
Small downside, one of the two self-adhesive pellets and mount the controller is already detached after 15 minutes using

Only used it 3 times so far, but I am very impressed with the ease of setup, the battery life and the compactness when closed up. It’s fits into my Smart car perfectly.

Nice and compact when folded, once i had the calibration sorted, works a dream, controls are intuitive.
unfolding/folding is a little stiff, just need to work out the process. my bag is a little big for the straps, but it fits.

Very robust but therefore heavy. Forward and reverse but since it is remote control would be better if able to turn as well. So far, so good but only used it 3 times.

It arrived well packed with UPS on 06. August. I used the trolley several rounds since then on my local golfcourt. It is an amazing trolley. This is also my first upgrade to an e-trolley. It is easy to use and easy to store at my caddie-box.

I received the cart at the beginning of August but only unpacked it this week. As expected, it's compact when folded and seems quite sturdy, although a bit heavy. It's relatively easy to unfold and fold. I'll test it on the 24th, a little apprehensive about the risk of losing or dropping the controller, as reported by other golfers in their reviews.

The caddy's Design ist brilliant and executed to perfection. It offers great stability while driving around. Setting up the cart ist easy, though it is a bit stiff to fold down. The integration of the battery and the large storage compartment are also excellent features. One issue ist the small magnetic remote control. Be careful: If you so much as brush against it while moving, it can easily fall of and get lost on the course. Consequently, I now carry in my hand, pocket or storage compartment. The magnet needs to be stronger or better secured within the frame. Already lost magnetic ball marker.

Hallo, die Lieferung hat wie vereinbart schnell und problemlos in der ersten August-Woche stattgefunden. Der Fusion hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Er ist zusammengeklappt gut händelbar und auch die Entnahme des Akkus geht ganz leicht. Die mitgelieferte kleine Fernbedienung ist perfekt. Einzig das auseinander und zusammenklappen bereitet noch ein paar Schwierigkeiten, aber ich denke, mit der Zeit und mehrmaliger Nutzung wird das besser, alles in Allem ein tolles Produkt

Très bonne autonomie : j’ai pu parcourir 35 trous en une seule fois. J’ai effectué le 36ᵉ trou en mode manuel.
Le chariot est également très stable, même sur un parcours vallonné.
Le seul point négatif concerne le système de fixation de la télécommande : elle n’était pas suffisamment maintenue par les aimants et je l’ai malheureusement perdue.
À part ce problème, tout me semble très correct et je suis pleinement satisfait du produit.

chariot facile d'utilisation avec son pliage rapide.
2 défauts :
- chariot lourd : difficile à sortir et à ranger dans un coffre de voiture.
- avec un sac compliqué à équilibrer entre clubs, balles et autres accessoires, le chariot est à surveiller en permanence quand il roule sinon on peut le retrouver un peu plus loin sur le fairway...

Overall Trolley works well and looks well built. Also like compactness of battery.
A couple of small problems, magnets holding controller fell out after 1 Round (easy fix). Also wheel alignment in phone app doesn't work (timeout error)

Un premier test concluant. Très maniable, très stable, bonne motricité et bonne autonomie (35 trous).
Un petit bémol concernant le contrôleur : il n’est pas très bien fixé avec ses aimants. Je l’ai d’ailleurs perdu une fois sur le parcours.

Other than a couple of very very minor niggles, which were addressed by customer services quickly. The trolley itself is utterly superb.
I went from a Motocaddy because I hated the speed controller.
The trolley is super compact when folded and ultra stable when unfolded.
Motors are quiet and powerful and I love being able to operate the trolley from my pocket with the remote.
The battery loses around 1/4 power over 18 holes so plenty in the tank.
Customer services are really helpful too.
My only issue is the remote is so compact that I'm worried I'll end losing it and the trolley is quite heavy but the weight is more even distributed thanks to the motors being in the wheels.

Easy to put up and down. The battery simply clicks in, can be used as a push trolley without the battery. Folds down very compact Excellent overall - it is a little heavier than I anticipated but manageable for most.

Only used the trolley once since arrival. Very happy with the way it unfolds, the remote option is an added bonus. Played 18 holes and still had 3 bars of battery life left.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a compact electric trolley.

Used this for just over a week now - battery life good and my old accessories from the push version work well. App still doesn't alter the tracking on the motors - just keeps saying can't be saved. One of the magnets to hold the remote on the handle fell off (glued it back on). Straps are a little tight and the powder coating is starting to come off the legs - which happened with the push version as well. Just need a carry bag designed for it and some hedgehog wheels for the winter.

Delivered first week of August in Portugal as promised. Unboxed everything and for a moment thought the controller charging adapter was missing. Found it after watching some tutorial videos. So far so good. Taking it for a spin on Friday.
