I have a V2 / ClicGear 3.0 with front modified 2 wheel and the other golfer has a BagBoy. Enjoyable to walk in Hawaii at Leilehua GC. 6410 yards from the whites. Already on 2nd battery. Easy setup before every round. I place the brackets on axle with the V2 powered for sturdy alignment. Silicone wheelies beatout the original nylons.

I ordered wheelie wheels on a Sunday. Two hours later realized my original order had these as part of it. I sent an email asking it to be cancelled, but late on Monday got an email saying they had already shipped. I received them about 10 days later. They hadn't shipped, but the person didn't want to deal with it. They said I could return them, but would be charged a restocking fee.

Love the polymer wheels for my V2! The old wheels would rattle and at some times become annoying. My new wheels are much quieter and looks great!

After three years my original wheels needed replacement. After receiving my new wheels which by the way are new and improved large wheels.

Reason I bought the new wheels was to reduce the rattle noise.
That did not happen likely due to the metal screw bolt connecting the wheels... Dissapointed.
Can you suggest a fix ?

These wheels really should be standard. The original wheels are noisy and worthless in preventing the bag from falling backward, except for the smallest hill. My bag tipped over on a hill numerous times. The tip-over ruined my umbrella and almost damaged my clubs. Even with these improved wheels, the bag will tip if you have an umbrella on the cart handle and a heavy water bottle that adds weight to the backside. I recommend adding a weight like a sand divot bottle to the front pocket of your bag.

The replacement wheels are far superior to the originals. The only problem with installation resulted from the original, threaded shaft cutting an oblong hole in the vertical shaft. I had to improvise a bearing to restore the hole from oblong to round so that the new shaft would ride properly, and the wheels would snug up to the vertical shaft.

Terrible ordering experience, took 3 weeks just to get them on order. Wheels are great once installed--much smoother and quieter than the plastic version. On e you get past the ordering process you will love them--don't give up

Like the way they look and work with my cart. Have a Sun Mountain V2 which is top heavy, so without wheelie bars it would flip back.
However, these wheels are heavier and the clips allow them to pop down. Had to tighten the clips to keep them up. Heat and bend.
Improvement with using a smooth shaft bolt instead of a full threaded one. But still metal to metal. I solved this by inserting nylon bushings.

Love the upgraded wheels, I have only used them once so far but very easy to install and add more stability when going uphill, the products that Alphard have created are game changers and very cost competitive! keep up the great work!

With all the A++++ products they produce, the old wheelies performed as designed but the new design is beyond superior. The old ones kind of rattled these don’t rattle. They are also bigger now the V2 doesn’t doesn’t wheelie high as before and going up hill the wheelies work smoother and lower.
