Hi
A lot of work, in making brackets for this specie bag.
But it was worth it, the unit works wery good, Gyro, remote, battery, electric control unit, are well done.
Looks great on the course.
Christopher H.
Have had Alphard 2 for a few weeks now and used it for about 10 rounds. Absolutely love it. Usual play on Ashton Under Lyne golf course which it has coped with no problem. Had one game at Saddleworth which is quite hilly. No problems. Has never toppled or struggled with hills. A lot of interest from golf friends. Bemused at first then interest. Never finished with any less than 4 out of 5 lights so easily 18 holes and possibly 36. So far delighted with purchase.
Kevin H.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy golf. It’s a completely different experience not carrying/pushing. Your clubs around
Andy M.
Really like the product. Control is great trolley goes in a straight line on side slopes which means not having to constantly correct as with other trolleys. Reverse isn't great but as the trolley turns on a sixpence this is not a big issue.
Unfortunately the product is let down by a lack of response from Support/Customer services.
Martin C.
Played 3 rounds with the trolley now … I’m really impressed, my local course is pretty flat but after 18 holes I only used 1 battery light motor is very quiet runs smoothly and the trolley is very easy to control and very stable, the assembly to the trolley is quick and easy and because you have two parts it’s easier to lift in and out of the car … great design and looks like it’s built to last
JOHN A.
The trolley seems very robust, is easy to set up on the course, and simple to use and control. Just adds to the enjoyment of the round.
Sue A.
The clicgear trolley is a great design and I didn't want to lose that by moving to an electric trolley. Now I get to keep the trolley I love; plus continue to use all the accessories I have purchased AND its now a remote-control trolley. I didn't purchase the additional front wheels and so far, I am not suffering any maneuverability issues. It takes a bit of time and patience to assemble but I am getting used to that and the benefits outweigh that slight inconvenience. It's passed every test I have put it through.
Håkan J.
Så smidig och så tyst. Det enda jag ångrar är att jag inte köpte den tidigare.
Customer
Dear Sir,
Overall experience with V2 is good!
One detail. If i Use remote control fastened on my cart and turn the cart I have discomfort feeling, because the cart is slowing the speed. The reason is - in turning on wheel is accelerating and other is slowing the speed. In result the cart is slowing, but my body is continuing movement with the same speed.
I understand, that a turn using both wheels are efficient, but ...
With Best Regards,
Jaan Oruaas

I have used before V 1 and i was very happy for that, but after 4 years use battery life went down. Now i am very exited to start using V2 unit. I am sure that new model will be better than olf one:-)
Very good product and easy to use..
Mark G.
Used the Alphard V2 for the first time today in Chicago. Had a hole in one!! It was attributed to walking without pushing a cart…this is the best wedding anniversary present ever!! Would recommend very highly!
Lorie G.
Fairly easy to build (I have a CLIKgear cart). Took it to the course, very easy to use. Have now played 3 times, it has worked perfectly each time. I have always enjoyed walking and this is like having a quiet caddy. I am able to walk onto the green while sending the cart around the green towards the next tee. I use mine a lot from a distance and it only becomes and issue when the cart gets 75 feet away or so. This is a game changer! Very easy to use and not really an intrusion on your game. Love it!
Gregory H.
Great product! It's like playing with a caddy. At the end of the round I don't feel spent - this is a game changer!!
William A.
I generally walk every round I play. Our course has several long, up-hill holes toward the end of the round. I admit to being 75 years old but I was wondering about struggling with those last hills. The electric motor made by Alphard has made a world of difference in my energy level at the end of the round. No longer struggling to get up to the 18th green and ready for other activities after a round of golf. I won't be without it!
Charles T.
I work as starter at my club. Everyone that plays with a v2 loves them
Jeff C.
Used on my clic-3 cart. Easy to assemble. Play on gc with lots of hills and performed terrific. Easy to use remote to control speed & direction. Like it that stops very quickly even on hills and stays put on hills/slopes. Easy to take apart & place in trunk of car.
Wes C.
I’ve played 2 rounds so far and l love it. It makes walking fun!
Michael P.
This is my second club booster and my 3rd cart. The first one was the original version. Although it worked good, tracking was not that great. I then bought an MGI Naigator which worked great but due to overall size was a problem to get in my car. I just purchased the V2 and am 100% happy. I chose a Caddytec V8 with swivel wheel and it is the perfect combo. Being able to put the power unit in the car separate from the cart is a big plus. Great unit and a good value.
David H.
I love my Alphard V2. I've had it for 3 years and it's still going strong with ~450 rounds on it. Had to replace battery, but even so, the cost per round is almost nothing. I would definitely recommend a free-wheeling front wheel. I play with others who have the more traditional and fully integrate motorized carts. I've watched those models tip over along with other issues. All in my group agree the Alphard is the best engineered motorized cart out there.
Edward C.
I was apprehensive about converting my Click Gear 4.0 cart as it has a fixed front wheel. The V2 works perfectly and it’s no problem to turn with the fixed front wheel. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and I’m glad that I did. Highly recommend the V2!
Ted M.
I’m in my third week with the V2 Booster. After turning my cart over in the bushes on the first hole, and losing the remote (forgetting where I put it) on the second hole, all has gone well, and those experiences gave my friends lots of laughs.
Just remember… the Stop button is your friend :)
Today I was able to send it down the fairway while we were standing on the tee box to shoo away some sand hill cranes that decided to stop and eat right in front of us. My friends thought THAT was pretty cool.
It’s a great product. We have eight regular walkers are our club. Six have this kit.
Daniel J.
Better than advertised

I wish I had done this years ago!

Just started. So far so good

My big purchase of this past summer was the Alphard Club Booster V2 and front wheels.
I love the fact that I can send my cart to the next shot, and having it waiting for me. I had a perfectly working Clicgear 3.5 with all the accourterments, so I didn't want to spend $1500 or more for another cart then get all the little goodies again. The V2 adapts to my 3.5 and I put moveable front wheels so it tracks better and also is less stress on the V2. My shoulders and back feel much better after 18 and fatigue is way down. If you have a push cart already this is the perfect solution for you.
Erin B.
Still loving it after two years. Forgot to share this video my jealous daughter took of us. She was pushing her cart.
Tod M.
I love the Alphard V2 and the way it reduces the stress of my round. Clearly an advantage in the cold, even snowy days, I look forward to using it during the dog days of summer.
Douglas L.
So far so good! Played two rounds with it so far, but still getting used to the remote. Certainly nice going up hills! I hope to play a lot more golf with it this year.
Barry T.
The custom pieces for my Bagboy were easy to change out. The wheel base is wide, which prevents the cart from tipping easily like other shorter wheel base brands my friends have. It is very easy to use. Great product!!
Diane B.
I really enjoy hands-free walking when I'm golfing. Not pushing a golf cart takes a lot of stress off of my lower back.
David N.
Love the unit. The remote is excellent in controlling speed and direction. Very stable. Taking off the brackets and detaching the brake cable unit on the BagBoy quad XL took a bit of work, but likely due to how old and dirty the cart was. Installing the new brackets was a breeze. Setting the unit up from the car trunk entails a few steps. The unit is heavy and will take some reasonable strength lifting it out of the trunk. The bracket latches also take some hand strength as well. Overall, the more I use the unit, the more I enjoy it.
Leo R.
Works really well for me.
Thomas B.
It was very simple to install on my Bagboy Quad. I have used it twice here in December and it has worked great. It was well worth the money.
Gil G.
Pros: easy to assemble, transition your current "manual" push cart, fun to operate, plenty of battery life and power to go all over for 18 holes (I've only played 18 with it thus far, 3 times), it's a good looking unit with my Bagboy Nitrex, easy setup and takedown pre/post rounds
Cons: a push cart with steerable front wheel would be better, the unit takes up additional space at home and in vehicle, you have to monitor where to steer/control your "remote-control caddy"
Overall: the pros outweigh the cons with ease in my case. It's fun to use, easy, eliminates lower back stress from pushing cart manually (no relief from leg workout :)
Cheers!
Ricardo C.
Love my new V2. Makes playing golf fun even when I’m having a bad round.
Brad A.
Wow! This is the best thing I’ve done for my golf game. No more back pain pushing my cart, I always struggled with the last 3 holes because they were uphill and didn't score well. That has changed with this cart I really enjoy my round now. And it pays for itself, in two months it’s paid for its self.
Great purchase .
Pete M.
Took quite a while to get my V2, but it all came in one shipment. Pretty easy to follow included directions. I have tried it out with the remote and the tether system and all works well. I cannot give a 5 because I can't play in the winter here in Ohio and haven't tried it out on the course. If it works on the course like it does on my driveway/side yard, I will be very pleased.
William B.
So far the Club BoosterV2 has exceeded my high expectations. I have it attached to the Bag Boy Nitron without a swivel wheel. The V2 is very powerful and has a ton of torque. It turns easy and powers up inclines easily. Also easily lasts 18 holes with almost half the power remaining. I highly recommend this kit.
Erick L.
Best golf equipment that isn't a golf club
Jeffrey H.
Website is complicated. Advertised Black Friday deal but when you added “the not included” essential parts it turned out to be no discount. Tried to get explanation and got unacceptable answers. Was referred by friend, I will not refer.
Steven T.
One of the best purchases I have ever made. Should have bought it years ago. Haven't regretted it for a minute.
Dean T.
It's a little cumbersome to attach and unattach to my Speed Cart, but once it's on it works like a charm. I'm looking forward to using it on those hot days when pushing a cart for 18 holes is tiring enough to hurt my game
Michael S.
On my second V2 now. Motor issue with the first one so went ahead with a new purchase. Still however, happy with product’s performance. Recommend.
Robert D.
It the best thing sense sliced bread. I love it. Just one thing lock the remote why you are putting I pushed the forward button and it was running away lol
Tyson W.
This review is based off customer service. I can’t leave a review on the product because I have yet to receive it. I ordered the v2 a month ago. I have not received it and I have sent multiple emails and chats about trying to get an update or find out if/when I’ll receive the item and this company has ghosted me. I understand they’re busy and got overwhelmed but to just completely ignore me is terrible customer service.

I have purchased CB v2 from Alphard Golf directly with a bracket for Caddylite One - Swivel v8 on August 1, 2023. I have been using it since (about trice a week) and was amazed by its responsiveness when controlling it. All was good until Yesterday (Dec 20, 2023) when the clamp (connecting the cart to CB v2) became loose in the middle of a round. On one side, the rubber pad came off which I picked up. On the other side, the clamp was just loose. The CB v2 axle was just turning squeaking from the friction with the clamp. I had to manually operate the cart from there and it was heavy. I am pretty handy but upon examining it at home, I think it is beyond my skill to fix. It seems that the clamp is not sturdy enough to handle the load for a long time. I will try to contact Alphard to see what their response is and come back here later.
Tal H.
Absolutely the best electric trolley!
Santana P.
Works real good goes over anything well built
Doug C.
It didn’t work properly from day one. I called the customer service and phone line was not responding.
Chang c.
The best elec. pull golf cart!!!
Richard R.
The v1 was awesome but the v2 is everything and a sack of cookies!!!! It's amazing I'm so glad I purchased it ⛳️
Michael M.
First time out today. Worked great. Sturdy, responsive. Walking the course much more enjoyable.
Walter L.
I used the V2 to make my beach trolley cart to drive electric
Arash S.
Great as expected after 3 rounds. Easy to install and operate and makes walking the course more enjoyable. Also pretty easy to break down and get it into your vehicle when done.
Added the swivel conversion after 2 rounds with the Clicgear 4 fixed single front wheel and definitely would recommend it. Folds up just as nice and the maneuverability is a huge improvement.
Great overall product, well built and I highly recommend it.
Doug j.
I walk a course that has a lot of hills and this cart has made it much easier on me not having to push up and hold back walking down the hills. I'm 67 and this has made a big difference in how I feel at the end of 18 holes. I golf 2 times a week and this has made a huge difference.
Mary Edith M.
Very good on the course but heavy!
Craig K.
I finally got tired of dealing with batcaddy. Their accessories were cheaply made and expensive plus the cart tipped over at every turn. This set of wheels, on the other hand, are obviously made for performance. No tipping and easy to navigate plus I can pick the cart I want to attach to it. Been great through 3 rounds so far.
Andy S.
This is so perfect, I love it! Truly like playing golf with a caddie. I highly recommend!
Arthur V.
I absolutely love the V2. Friends that don’t have one are quite envious! Easy enough to put together. A couple of extra minutes getting set up each round but what a pleasure walking the course now!
Sylvie B.
It’s so easy to control and makes golfing literally « a walk in the park »
No more pushing my cart and being exhausted by the 15th hole!
Thank you Alphard Golf!
MIGUEL V.
EVERYTHING EXACTLY AS ADVERTIZED
Marc W.
Wonderful product. Game changer for my enjoyment of walking a round
Joel Y.
The V5 unit is very easy to set up with my Clickgear cart. I have used it 3 times so far and it covers the terrain easily and we do have some hills to contend with.
Jerry E.
Thanks
Very helpful
Patrick W.
No matter rain, hail, or sleet… my Club Booster V2 is always by my feet. I may never fix my slice, but the CB still treats me nice. It’s now been over 400 rounds, the battery and build quality still astounds. C’mon Alphard don’t lead me on, post this review and give me a coupon.
Randy J.
I purchased the Booster V-2 remote controlled club carrier for my husband's health. He recently retired from a job walking miles at work each day. I was concerned he would stagnate to a couch potato. He loves to golf but riding in a cart was a sedentary lifestyle in comparison to his work habits. We've had some issues with the carrier in our first year but when we finally spoke to the right person, they provided us with more than satisfied assistance! We are pleased and look forward to our V-2 booster working successfully now! The only con we experience is when the ground is bumpy, the clubs/bags can get bounced around but I suppose all carriers would experience this, as well.
Charles D.
I am very happy with this purchase. It was easy to follow the assembly instructions to get going.
Jim N.
I purchased my V2 a couple of years ago and enjoy using it. Actually, 10-15 others at my club have purchased after seeing.
Unfortunately, my battery had issues after about 15 months and less than 50 rounds. I purchased through a distributor and Alphard would NOT honor their “published” 2-year warranty. I had to buy another $190 battery. For the money, it would’ve cheaper to pay to ride a cart!!!
Kurt C.
I've had this unit for over a year. So nice to able to walk w/o pushing as this really helps conserve upper body. My only complaint is that it is 5 parts vs 1, cuz I also have a seat.
Marty H.
life changing !!!
unit just great.
playing more golf as a result
Daniel C.
The V2 unit began traveling in circles out of the box. Sent a help message to Alphard and got a response fairly rapidly. Their technicians told me to film the V2 in action, then suggested that I test it again and film the results. Both were unsuccessful in correcting the skipping left wheel. With a 3rd test this time of the motherboard and wheel motor, being unsuccessful; I'm now awaiting their technician's next recommended fix. Responsiveness is good, but still not fixed after 3 weeks.
Leonard D.
The Alphard V2 is the best thing since canned beer. My local muni is a walking course, up and down and up again. My back used to give out after about 14 holes, pushing my cart up and down the hills. Now, with the V2, walking instead of pushing, I can play day after day without any back pain. It allows me to keep walking and not riding., Good for my health, and helps my game.
Joyce H.
Love the CaddyTek cart with the lithium V2 battery. The cart has a storage pocket for my head covers with umbrella and drink holder as well as a cold storage pocket. Also generous netting pocket beneath handle is where I keep my remote for safe storage when I leave the cart to hit the ball and then easy to grab and go. I am not the most handy person so I gave the cart and brackets to my pro shop to assemble for me. Did a great job Better than me. Thanks Pat.
Mario M M.
Simply the absolute BEST ! Owned V1, now own V2... have so much energy left after playing golf and handicap has improved by at least 4 strokes. Everyone that I recommended eWheels to has purchased one and each say the same thing... "I have so much more energy now that I'm not 'pushing' but still walking. Better scores, better health... walk all the time now, vice riding."
Donald G.
Batteries r too expensive would not have purchased if I knew
Michael G.
Brand new. Lasted 9holes first time I used it and 10 holes the second time. In addition the bracket for the anti-tip wheels on the left side broke. Doesn't fit my cart well. Hard to clap brackets to axel. It does not pull very easy if battery runs down. I plan on sending it back for a refund.
Pat J.
Works great even on a hilly course!
Lee D.
I've been using the cart now 3 times a week for about a month. I am happy with my purchase thus far.
The help of the electric wheels really saves your legs throughout the course of a round.
Where I live there are lots of hills so the Alphard wheels are very helpful.
Also, the money saved from not having to pay and average of $15 a round for cart fees, is really adding up fast!
Randy W.
Works really well much better than pushing my cart. Was very easy to retrofit my Clicgear push cart to add the Club Booster V2. Very happy with my purchase
Robert B.
Worth every penny. I love it.
Steven G.
Bought it for my Cliq Gear 4.0 along with the swivel bracket. Very easy setup. Remote has pretty good range and I love the 15 & 30 yard buttons. It tends to veer off to the left a bit with the swivel bracket but turns much easier so good tradeoff. Overall worth every penny. Makes it possible for me to walk the very hilly course I play. It will pay for itself after 25 or so rounds with the added bonus of me getting exercise.
RJ S.
I was super excited to get my product. After receipt, it was relatively easy to put together. It was a little difficult to drive my 4.0 clicgear with only 3-wheels. The clicgear seat rattles a lot. Not sure how to lessen that. Part of the wheel extender has broken off too.
I decided to buy the swivel kit. I did the recommended procedure of cutting the brake. I wish I hadn’t. The swivel kit is poorly made and already lost one of the bolts so used a tee to hold it together.
I don’t feel like it saves that much energy. The battery life seems inconsistent. I bought a second one. One battery is much better than the other.
Won’t buy again.
JoAnn S.
So I bought my first V2 March 2023. Love it. I previously sent in a video. With my 1 rating. Since then bought one for my husband. Love it. Had a problem with mine. The battery all of a sudden drained very fast. Wrote the the Costomer service. Maybe within one month. We figured out that there was one something wrong with one of the motors. They quickly resolve my issue and sent me a whole new unit. We are happily on the road again. I would truly recommend this product to anyone. And I do appreciate how on top of everything their customer service was.
Mark O.
I strained my trapezius and neck muscles, pushing my Clicgear was making the condition worse. I want to walk as opposed to riding so an electric cart was the obvious choice, but there are many choices. I dug in and found the alphard retrofit and converted my CG 4.0 and it's awesome. It took a while for me to stop walking back to my cart and remembering that I can call it to myself. I'm responsible for a fellow 64 year old to get one and maybe a few more.
Tim L.
V2 works as advertised and I have enjoyed it. If you plan to use it with the Clic-Gear 8.0 with seat, don’t expect any support specific to that cart. Had to figure it out on my own after multiple requests for assistance. They were very responsive but only have information about installation on other Clic-Gear models.
Kyung Y.
Club booster V2 has made my golf game a whole new meaning. Now I focus only on my game not on how I would push my cart up or down the hills. If any one is on the fence as to go with a motorized trolley or not, I would say go for it. Club booster v2 gives you a wide rear wheel base and your trolley won’t trip over easily.
Bob R.
It works great. It uses less than half of the battery for an 18 hole round.
My only issue is that it is tough to handle on some hills when I have to turn. I now just freewheel and push the cart up the hill. Only about twenty yards.
David L.
Fantastic product. Rubber wheels, not foam, not plastic. Very quiet, very stable. I love every aspect of this. Easy to install on my Clic gear cart. I play on a course with very steep hills and have had zero problems with tipping. Good for 27 holes. Charges in 4 hours. It is so nice being able to just walk the course without pushing a cart up step hills. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Have about 7 rounds in the past couple of weeks with it.
Henry A.
Just awesome. Easy install, easy to use.
Christopher C.
Very easy to assemble/hook up to my Clicgear push cart - took about 30 minutes and didn't really need the easy to follow instructions.
Jeff D.
Used my V2 for two rounds so far and this machine is well worth every penny. I have more energy at the end of the round and more energy the next day.
George T.
I LOVE my V2! 6 way gyro tracks straight even on side Hills - unbelievable! Saw someone on my course with this thing and ordered it that day. If you're thinking of buying this, just do it! Makes the game fun again. AMAZING!
William R.
Easy assembly with one acception. The bolt behind the brake is difficult to hold, happened to have a Z shaped screw driver with Phillips & flat head, this works great. If bolt had a hex head a wrench would work.
Jayne M.
Works great. Easy to install and disassemble if necessary. Wheel attachments a must on hilly courses.
John D.
I normally bag carry in the mornings and then will walk in the afternoon. Small 9 hole course near our home. The unit is easy to set up and operate. The course is flat so I can get 36 holes between charges. This makes golf so much more enjoyable because you feel like a touring pro with your own caddy. I need a referral code.
Sigurjón A.
Surprisingly easy to assemble and to use, very happy with it. My course is quite hilly - and the chart drove up the hills without a problem (something a rented motorized cart couldn't do). Have only had it for a short while so can't say about durability. The remote is just the right size to make it compact but not too small.
Charles V.
Makes walking rounds much more enjoyable
Steve E.
The Alphard V2 has been great so far, has all the power you need and is very responsive.
Purchased for use with my Sun Mountain V1 cart which has worked fine but I now see the benefit of having a cart with a front wheel that swivels. I just purchased the Omni cart and will shortly have that out on the course.
