V2 Motherboard

Easy to fit and works perfectly.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. The customer service representative I spoke to was very helpful in arranging an exchange and I returned the motherboard. Waiting for refund

After replacing both the battery and the motherboard my V2 still has the problem of shutting down many times during a round. It eventually starts again after a few minutes, but it is most frustrating the replacement parts have not solved the problem. Does anyone else have this same problem? Alphard can you help?

New motherboard was a piece of cake to put in and unit is working flawlessly again.

I love my V2, and I love Alphard Golf! The V2 unit has changed my golf game so much for the better. It has unleashed me from pushing the cart or even worrying about using a remote control to guide and steer the cart. The sidekick option has been phenomenal and I love basically having a caddy out on the golf course to follow me around. I really appreciate the tremendous support I receive from Tony and the customer care team. There have been a few occasions where I’ve needed some support and they have been incredible. I feel very comforted knowing that I not only have a great product but I also have a great support team that stands behind it. Thank you Alphard Golf Team for changing my golf game.

Upgraded to V2 a few months ago, having played quite a few rounds. The upgrade was noticeably better than V1. Having used the V1 for over 3 seasons , V2 is faster, holds (bakes) on hillsides, response to turn faster. Very happy with the upgrade. The speed may be due to having replace the battery also.
