Alot easer to hock up to cart
Steve H.
I received my V2 update kit and easily installed it. My cart is much simpler to set up and put away after a round. It is more quiet as well. It was a much needed upgrade. I purchased a replacement battery and Omnicart last year, which were worthy upgrades too. . I originally purchased my Alphard cart f5 years ago. It has gone hundreds and hundreds of rounds and it just keeps on going. I love it

Much easier than the old system. Well worth the time and $

Screws were small and easy to strip. Once I got on, the wheelie bars would not click into place cuz they were not aligned. I returned the kit, and ordered a new set of the clamps. Those were great, happy with them.

Removal of the set screws was an issue

A huge improvement to the original version. Now it’s much easier to get ready, one flip and click and the cart is all set up. The support wheels stayed put and no need to be removed, they fold in and out easily. These new upgraded wheels are also more stable.
The upgraded was definitely a design improvement.

Thanks for shipping it out so fast. It was a great upgrade.

An explanation of the gray clamps that come with the Omni vs the black clamps that come with the Speedlock kit would greatly help.
Clearly the black clamps slide in better with the Speedlock.

It was a little tricky getting it installed but I do enjoy being able to assemble and disassemble my cart and V2 pro a lot faster.

Love the upgrade. I really wish you guys shipped to Hawaii!!!!

Transitioned from a V2 and an experienced Speed Cart to a V2Pro (upgrade kit) and an Alphard Omnicart. One happy camper!

Works great, so much easier to put the cart and wheels together.

works great
hoping this is a standard on any V2 you all sent out

Great Upgrade!!

the assembly is not clear.
I read what came in the box and watched various videos.
The order of the steps conflicted each other.
After two hours I gave up

So much easier to get the cart ready for the round - LOVE IT

One of my mounting plate holes was misaligned. I worked with Alphard customer service (Alex) who very responsive and thorough in trying to understand my situation. In the end, it got resolved and the V2 Pro is working as intended.

Wheelies are working great on the cart. However, they were difficult to put in the battery wheel axle. The instructions show you some final processes but not the interim specific details. Also, they should tell you what size Phillips screwdriver would fit the screws so they don’t get stripped when you’re tightening them. They should give you extra screws and nuts just in case. A lot of frustration and time involved.
Once connected properly, the new wheels work great.
I previously had a problem with the battery shorting out after 11-14 holes. With the new battery and wheels, I got through 18 holes without having to push the cart.

So much easier to assemble the cart

Yep, the hole in the wheel bar has 2 flat spots, designed to rotate the bolt when you rotate wheels out. If you ever accidentally install unit backwards and rotate wheel bar the wrong way, you start the "stripping" process. It doesn't take much. Soon, the hole is "round" with no flat surfaces. Alpha RD should find a better solution. Too easy to strip the 2 flat spots out of the hole.

Not really clear that you need to also buy additional clamps to install this upgrade. There should be a link to choose the clamp for the specific cart being upgraded. I'll be returning mine when it comes as I've already had to replace a motor and two
batteries on my V2 and the second motor is showing signs of dying. Tired of re-engineering my cart for Alphard

The bolt on the V2 PRO SPDLOC has stripped and Alphard don't have bolts on their site to replace the worn out bolts. The threads on the bolt seem like it just melted down and now the nuts will not tighten up and the SPDLOC move from left to right when the cart is moving. Have to use a bungee cord to keep it from moving.. It's funny how they want to you to buy their products but don't have the parts in supply to help Alphard customer.

cart is only 1 year old and the speed loc bars are striped just like many of your other owners have stated. the soft aluminum inside the bar wears out prematurely. may cart usage is about once a week on average so have probably played about 40 rounds at the most .

I have V2 and upgraded it to the V2Pro but the bars that hold the small wheels wears out an wont hold the wheels and bard strait when extended during operations. I contacted the Support and I may have to get a new upgrade kit. I have been a loyal costumer and actally referred over 6 of my friend to get the V2 system and they did purchase the system.
