I won't be using it, difficult to access anything inside. I would like to return the item.

My shipment did not include a shock cord to hold the storage bag to the cart this was corrected, but it was far to hard to obtain customer support.

Bag doesn't fit the way installation instructions indicate. Not enough space between the rear struts bars on the Omni cart to pass the clips through. And the bag hangs too low. Very hard to lean all the way down to it, especially if I want to put small items like balls or range finder in.

Terrific addition to my cart. Carries all the “extra” stuff (sunglasses, keys, extra balls, head cover, etc) without adding bulk. Fits perfectly, yet out of the way. Great design!

The instructions on how to attach to the Cybercart are not very clear. I'd love to watch a video on how to secure it without having to remove it after a round.

I made it work with the OMNI cart but I had to find a way to get it strapped on. The design of the top strap needs to be improved so that it can be easily strapped to the OMNI cart top handle.

I cannot put anything heavy in it. would have liked it if it held my lunch bag with a freexer pack.

the left zipper broke the 1st time i went to shut it. very disappointed int this.. my cart is great but i spent 1400 dollars on tis setup and is not happy with the cheapest part

It’s not great. I’m not sure how you could redesign it. Also the instructions were horrible, maybe a YouTube video would be helpful.

Received my accessory, but the expandable storage net did not include the bungee cord attachment, so the net is marginally useful since it will flap in the wind and become tangled when the cart is collapsed.

Helps to carry all my extras...club covers, sweaters, extra thermos and anything I lug around with me on the course.

Very convenient and can hold tons of golf stuff!

Bag is a great addition to my V2 club booster. My V2 with the Omni cart are the single best golf expense I have every made….period.

Large bag for all your needs. Careful with anything soft like a banana.

Works great for larger items, rain gear, etc and easily folds without removing it from the cart.

Works well. I wish you didn't have to fold the cart to get it off. Not a big deal though.

It works for but I have the OMNI cart and it is designed for the new all-in-one Alphard cart. Wish there was one designed for the OMNI cart or maybe I missed it.

Was looking for a bag to put my extra clothing items in and it works perfect. Very easy to install.

The best, I’m enjoying the Cybercar very much. It’s easier to play golf only walking and thinking how I play golf, relax and don’t push the car. This video was done in Bogotá Colombia The battery of the Cybercar I can use for 36 home with out problem

Good option to have

I hang mine to the side and it doesn’t interfere with the operation lights on the unit.

I like having the storage net, although it blocks access to the battery. So you have to unhook it when you want to remove the battery.

The bag works fine. Is there a way to tighten the strings at the bottom? Instructions were not very helpful.

Not much too offer at this point. Received the cart in the dead of winter and have assembled it. It's rather weighty - nearly 40 pounds - but it seems to be designed well and all accessories are well thought out. Just waiting for several inches of snow to met so I can give it a "test run."

I’ve played three rounds using my cyber art. So far I love it. No issues yet and I don’t anticipate anything. This is a well thought out, well engineered, and well built cart.

I haven’t used the expandable storage net yet, but I can imagine it’s worth.

It is a great product although it does take a little time learning to drive and taking the setup and take down. Once done, it is fantastic.

Pretty happy with this robot. It's well balanced and extremely stable on sidehills, going over curbs, etc. Looks like the battery will last two rounds too.

The net was an added bonus to a great cart! I use it to through my head covers in which helps me keep up with them. Next is a seat that will complete the ensemble for those days the people in front of you are slow movers!

Packaged arrived intact, very well packed. My husband helped me put it together which was very easy. I didn't have the chance to use it yet, can't wait to try it!

Nice storage bag/net and the fact that it expands makes it even better. Quick on/off is also a plus.

I bought the cart for my wife and from the promo I liked the compactness when folded and the ability to fold without having to remove the drive section as on the older model which she also has. The one major draw back is the weight of the cart. My wife is unable to lift the cart off the ground to put it in her trunk of the car due to the weight so either she needs me to be there or someone to do it for her or assist her in lifting it.

Took a while too receive cart and now weather has been bad, been running it around the house, looking forward to getting out Saturday, but so far easy setup and breakdown

I’m very happy with my new CyberCart! I waited a long time for its arrival and was not disappointed when it arrived. I paid full price in August and there was a delay due to the lithium battery. It was definitely worth the wait but my only disappointment is it’s now the coldest time of the year so my golf is limited. However, now is a great time to purchase one with better weather in a couple of months. I recommend it with no reservations.

Unsure if I’ll ever use this. The cyber cart and my bag already have plenty of storage. One design flaw is that this covers the battery status and makes it cumbersome to remove the battery.

After a long wait I got to use the new Cybercart. I had the V2 for 6 seasons and upgraded. This was worth the wait. Cart works great an much easier to fold at the end of the round

This is my second Alphard cart, I also had the Alphard e-wheels my first one. The cybercart is a wonderful upgrade, it is smaller, faster and I love all the add ons.

Excellent storage bag. Easy to put extra layers in on the course. Perfect storage for the Wheelie wheels when transporting my push cart.

Somewhat challenging to install on my Alphard Omni cart. But with the help of on-line pictures, got it installed.

I have not used it yet, but I’m sure it will help with extra storage and ease of finding things.

Finally, all of my golf stuff in one place.

I bought it for my wife and it just wasn't usable to her...she instead purchased a baby stroller bag to attach to her cart. Maybe look into making changes to your bag so it is more versatile.

Works well on cart

I love the bag. However, I had to clarify with Alphard that what I ordered was just the bag and not the whole cart system. It was delayed substantially until the clarification.

I like the idea behind the storage bag, however if you carry anything heavy it will accidentally press against the power button and shut off the cart. This did happen to me! The bag is spacious and will carry numerous items.

Love the size and capacity of this bag! I’m able to store a 42oz Yeti, driver head cover and jkt with room to spare. Fits my Omni cart perfectly folds nicely when stowing my cart after playing without having to remove it.

I love the added capacity this thing offers, it's actually more than the pictures seem to show. There are two things to be aware of, however. First is that the size of the thing means it will obscure the back panel of the Cybercart, so you won't be able to check them without moving the bag. For example, since the remotes don't tell you the Gyro status when you toggle it, for whatever reason, you only know you changed it from either on to off or vice versa, but not which without seeing the back panel which requires moving the bag. Not a huge deal, especially in trade for the utility of the storage bag, but it is worth noting. Hard to say whether that's a flaw (however minor) in the Cybercart itself, or this holder. The other thing worth noting, and this is a bigger concern for me, personally, is that the bag does not have mesh material all the way down when it is unzipped (i.e. fully opened for maximum capacity). There's a gap at the bottom on both sides, so smaller objects like extra balls, or your keys/wallet could fall out. So just be aware that this bag should only be used for storing larger objects like drink bottles, jackets/sweaters, etc.
