Very good trolley.
Risto W.
It is excellent look and feel, better than I expected. I would recommend it to everyone. Only thing is battery duration as at least for me it is not enough for two rounds.
Gregor
I've almost always carried my golf bag, but I've had the Cybercart for almost six weeks now and I have to say it's really cool. I never would have imagined that a round could be so relaxed, especially since our course is very hilly with lots of slopes, which takes a lot of energy when you're carrying your golf bag. That's no problem for the Cybercart, and the battery is powerful enough to play two rounds without any issues. The remote control also works very well and is reliable. I have to say: it's a great product!
william m.
Almost as good as having a caddy.
Janus d.
Great cart, easy to handle and great perfomance
Karsten P.
Funktioniert perfekt.
Fahren in Schräglage, bergauf und bergab deutlich besser als mein alter ferngesteuerter Trolly
Andrea R.
The trolley is wonderful.

Hi-at the moment everthing is fine ;-)

Supereasy, easy to use and very direct in his moves!

It was a long and tedious journey from order to receipt but I was well supported all along by the customer support. I’ve had the Cybercart several weeks now and today I got the chance to take it out to play.
Poor stuff first: a fixture along the side to store the umbrella would have been nice and the umbrella holder provided is very simple so I’m using the one from my Clicgear. Some of the Clicgear features are just better and still useable.
Now the good stuff: it drives reliably and stable and consumes very little energy from the battery (all lamps still on after 9 holes!). Somehow it’s easier to manage than the V1 or V2 on my Clicgear, probably because of the free front wheel…
The remote is much better as well. All Info needed, is on the display.
Setting up and packing away is easier than anticipated, despite the higher weight than other trolleys and the “Clean Trunk Case“ helps store the trolley nice and tidy in the back of my car.
After this short period, I am still a very happy golfer

Easy to set up and have so far played four rounds with it. No problems encountered and makes golf much more enjoyable.
Harald M.
Ist great, im happy
Thomas B.
The quality, maneuverability and ease of use is excellent. The battery is easy to connect/disconnect before and after my round. Charging for battery and remote is very simple. The storage trunk allows for my phone and wallet with room to spare. The magnets provide a secure grip for my remote and range finder. Finally, it’s a pleasure walking 18 holes without having to push my old cart!!!
Kevin C.
I should have purchased this years ago.
Michael M.
Took a minute but finally pulled the trigger and glad I did. Love the walk.
Kim R.
Absolutely terrific!
George O.
Love the cart- I am not a fan of the sidekick.
Mark D.
Excellent product! Just as advertised.
Stephen B.
Love the cart and the responsiveness. My remote will randomly disconnect from blue tooth or just turn off?
Any fix for this?
Marco V.
It’s been a a great product so far and definitely a fantastic upgrade from the V2. Just having it encompassed into one piece is so cool. I am really enjoying it. Thanks again Alphard!
glenn r.
easy to use and sturdy - great addition to my game!
Mike O.
Great product! It is very silent and robust. Works lukewarm a charm I can definitely recommend this golf cart
Sam W.
Best packaging I’ve every seen, very satisfied with this cart, does everything advertised.
William L.
I love the Cybercart well. But your e-mail system or the service people do not know how to respond to an email. Looking for a part for the cell holder that broke. No response at all this isn't the first time. I would like get a sand bottle also.
Alan B.
Excellent upgrade from previous V model (which I’ve had since the starter campaign and put 700 rounds on it without any problems). Well designed and thoughtfully includes many useful features (wheelie bars now integrated, sand bottle holder, etc.). Great work Alphard!
Marty M.
A fantastic purchase and product!
Narender S.
My issue with the cart was fixed in a timely manner and I really appreciate the support.
Andrew M.
Everything I hoped it would be!
AJ S.
Solid build. Very easy to maneuver and handle. It is heavy which reflects on its quality. Crazy to charge and a very convenient battery placement. Still getting used to how to fold it and place in my trunk.
Dale P.
I have used my 2025 Cybercart on 4 golf rounds. So far it has been a dream scenario to free my arms up so I can walk without the strain of pushing clubs all day. I did max out the speed a couple times in the first round and the battery may have overheated and it stopped working until the next day. I would recommend to keep your speed at level 3 or 4 all day and it has not happened again since I did that.
Steve M.
I am very happy with my new Cybercart. It is well built and has many features that helped me make the decision to purchase it. I like the design, and the price was another selling point. My country club is very hilly and the Cybercart helps me finish 18 holes less tired.
Thanks,

I love my new Cybercart! It’s been a game changer. My experience with Alphard has been great from the start. They are attentive, accommodating & very helpful. Thank you!
Rick J.
Great cart and easy to use. Using the remote becomes second-nature quickly. You do, of course, need to pay attention and I have made the mistake a couple times of helping a friend look for a lost ball and forgetting my cart was still heading up the fairway... Folds up nicely. It is heavy and you must take care with getting it in and out of your vehicle so your back doesn’t complain. Full carbon-fiber or titanium frame would be nice, but probably cost prohibitive. Drive wheels don’t have much in the way of ridges/tread, and can slip on wet slopes, so need to steer around if needed. All in all - I love it and can’t imagine playing without it at this point. (Have used for about a month now - 3x a week).
Joseph L.
great product but the cup holder is not usable --- too flimsy, water bottles slide right out of it.
Juan L.
Used the cart for about 12 rounds very easy to learn.
Michael M.
Solid, sturdy, easy to master.
Irving K.
Love this product! Love the ability to fold like a regular cart, charging and battery is easy. The controls are easy, and to be honest kind of fun! Can’t wait to continue to use it.
Bruce P.
The first time I used it I walked 18, and with the SideKick, the cart followed me like a puppy dog, and I walked 5.8 miles.
Denis D.
The cart be lighter would be easier to load in the car for my wife.
Tony C.
Totally satisfied so far. I struggle with upper and lower back issues. The Cyber Cart has been a blessing. I’m able to enjoy walking again. Instead of pushing in the bent over position I can now walk upright which takes stress off the back.
Calvin A.
Works well, a little stiff in opening up the frame,
dee g.
Cup holder SUCKS! Lost my ice and water 3 times in 1 round. Kinda hard to scoop it back into the cup with dirt and grass in it. Then you better remember to disconnect it from the cart before loading it into the vehicle because it will surely break first time you forget. So, thanks for a shitty design.
Dan C.
I’m an 80 years old golfer in need of more exercise. I live in a semi retirement golf resort with lots of older golfers. The Cybercart was recommended to me by a former golf professional about my age. He was right!! I’m getting in the exercise I need without the bore of just walking without purpose. The Cybercart is a great value.

I would buy everyone one of these bad ass machines if I could
Amazing

Overall I enjoy the cart. The cart has been used approximately 20 times and the following items have broken on the cart. 1- the phone holder broke. 2- The clip that holds the cart in place once it is set up broke off. 3- the upper bracket that secures the bag has cracked and will break off totally soon. The build quality on this cart is questionable. I previously owned a V2 and loved it except for the space that it took up in my car. The Cybercart folds nicely and fits in my car well. It is also easy to set up. The Cybercart tips more easily than the V2 due to the width of the wheels. Jim Schmitt

I bought this cart at about 5 months ago and have used it for about 20 rounds. It’s a great cart for the price but with use I have identified a few places for improvement. Good things about this cart id plenty of battery power and cart power to go up decent inclines in the hills of Colorado. It’s responsive and the gyro works well 99 percent of the time but now and then it wonks out and you have to turn the gyro off then back on and your in business. The only issue I have with the cart itself as far as weak spots is 1. Opening and closing the cart is not graceful or easy. Because the way the wheels push out from the middle to open position you really need to find a balance of pushing with one leg while pulling up on the cart since friction of the ground is fighting you as the wheels spread open. I have gotten used to it but it’s not very intuitive or easy at first. The CG on the cart is very high and even though the wheels are wider then most electric carts it doesn’t seem to unstable left and right but going up steeper hills the wheelie bars could be a little longer. I found this out by going up a hill and the cart tumbled backwards. As it fell there was enough torque on some of the plastic parts that they either broke or flew off. The bag cradle detached but I was able to be reattached. The real weak spot was the plastic clip that locks it open and says “release” to close it. The actual clip part that locks it into place broke cleanly off. Now the cart still works and it doesn’t fold in on itself but that is just a point of weakness in the design. Some of the accessories could be improved such as the cup holder. It’s cool that you can put two smaller bottles in it but since it doesn’t really lock into place it has a tendency to rotate and your bottle will fall out. I used it three times and each time my cup of coffee found the ground. Took it off and haven’t used it since. I also roll with a 32 oz metal bottle for water and it fits nicely in the sand bottle holder. The umbrella holder is worthless in my opinion since I can figure out any way to actually secure an umbrella into it and if a gust of wind comes by it flys out. It has some sort of a bungle strap but for the life of me I can’t figure that out. Why not just put a system in place that you tighten down and it actually secures the handle. Have to say the phone holder is AWESOME! All metal! Secures my phone and is very sturdy. I drilled a hole in the upper bin that I run a cord through and keep my phone powered with an external battery. All in all would I buy another cyber cart? Possibly, probably. Especially for the price and the rest of the cart except for those things mentioned are sturdy and well designed. It’s not perfect but it is very good!
ElHanna T.
Best golf purchase ever! By the 13th hole your body is in full appreciation of having this cart. Swing can remain fresh due to not having to push or pull or carry a bag full of clubs and accessories. Love the cart 36 holes is doable. Don't run it full out speed and it easily makes it. Like having a caddie honestly. 2 of my friends have already bought 1 because of mine.

So, I'm a long-time e-wheels owner logging over a thousand rounds with it upgrading from V1 to V2 and eventually adding side kick. The original I sold to a friend who loves it also. I did keep my sidekick and purchased the new cybercart. I needed help from Alphard to get the sidekick paired with the cybercart but that was a 5 minute phone call, easy peezy. However it has not all been without issues. Firstly the front wheel did no stay locked in place until I adjusted it. Also when picking up to put in car after folded it would ratchet apart and unfold. It was not until I adjusted the handle latch screw did I resolve that concern. Not sure if it will lead to premature wear and I have not taken it up with Alphard. Also opening the cart is still problematic for me and I cracked the upper bag support using it as a way to hold it and opening the bottom. I suspect that is why they show the unfolding of the cart at high speed.
As far as on course performance I am very satisfied. It tracks nice, sidekick makes it truly a walk in the park, negotiates side hills, up hills, down hills with no issues. I'm not fond of the lower bag bungee as a strap would be an upgrade.
Overall I'm comfortable with the purchase as others in the same price range (mgi zip and caddytrek) are not nearly as good negotiating terrain.
With the warranty provided I believe it's a can't lose situation, compact when folded battery access easy very quiet which is something I like also. I hope everyone found this helpful
James S.
I have used it twice now. It is as good as advertised. It was able to keep up over various degrees of terrain.
The battery lasted two full rounds on one charge, over a three week period.
I am happy with the investment so far.
Billyjack R.
Game changer, this thing is awesome! After several shoulder surgeries, I normally have shoulder pain after walking and pushing/pulling my cart....with the Alphard, I no longer have post play shoulder pain and I get to keep enjoying the game while walking.
Mike O.
It doesn’t unfold well. I have had it for a few months and the wheels are already gone because the wheels are cambered out too far. I have a friend who has a Cybercart ad his wheels are straight while mine are obviously cambered out too far each side. His cart goes 20% faster too.
Have a quality control issue for sure. I sent videos months ago asking for a replacement cart. No response…
amy t.
I've had 2 bat caddies. Problems with both. THIS IS FABULOUS
Andy L.
Great product no problems from the get-go
James M.
The control of the cybercart is very easy whether it is tight turns and sending it ahead to your ball. Or even after hitting the green , you just grab your putter and send it to the next tee box without having to walk across and back. Works very well!
Greg M.
I’ve been extremely pleased with my purchase of the Cybercart Golf Caddy, which I’ve used for approximately 35 rounds. Recently, the bracket that secures the rear wheels to the frame cracked due to an error on my part while unfolding the unit. I reached out to Alphard’s customer support to inquire about purchasing a replacement part.
Given the complexity involved in replacing the component, Alphard went above and beyond by sending me a brand-new Cybercart. Their commitment to customer service is truly exceptional. This experience has reinforced my confidence in both the product and the company—outstanding quality and support.
David D.
I've used the Cybercart 10 -12 times so far this year, and I can't say enough good things about it. The golf club I belong to does have some hilly terrain, and the cart handles it with ease. i couldn't be happier with my purchase!
Paul H.
Upgraded from the V2 which was great but the Cybercart is special. Easy folding, compact and so nice to control as I have seen so many other makes that do not have the ease of control.
A must buy!!
Jackson H.
Super easy to set up, use and to have fun with.
Rob B.
Excellent cart, easy to control and also easy to push. Do charge the remote after each use though. Mine ran out after 26 holes. No big deal as you can control it with the app
Robert O.
I have had the cybercart for a month and have had no problems as yet. It handles well on moderate to steep hills but not too steep hills. You will know how steep when it tips backwards (I tested many hills). The cart handles well at a distant but I have not noticed any difference when the gyroscope is on or off . I also wish there was a place to store your umbrella when it is not in use. Otherwise I am very satisfied.
stephen k.
Working out to be great, i enjoy walking now. Thank you
Cynthia P.
Love my new cyber cart, his name is Mario and he is doing great! I have conquered getting him set up and put away, batteries are doing great. I love all of the extra storage options and he handles the hills and bumps along the way with ease. I did a lot of research and checked out reviews on several different brands and I have no doubt that I made the right decision! Photos to come soon
Mary C.
Love my Cybercart! Easy to operate and charge! It makes walking tge course more relaxing!
Nathaniel S.
Great cart, great investment!!
JEFFREY K.
I had the Zip Navigator prior to the Cybercart and can't say enough good things about Cybercart!
Easy website. The cart folds to a smaller size than the Navigator and, for my trunk, I don't have to remove any wheels.
The Navigator was easy to tip over whereas the Cybercart has a wider, more stable base. My favorite thing is how the clubs stand more upright making getting clubs way easier.
Ronald C.
I recently purchased the Alford Cybercart and it is a game changer. I’m 66 yrs old and try to walk my course at least two times each week (we have to ride on weekends). My old push cart was getting more tiresome to push, especially in warm weather, so I took the advice of a friend and bought the Cybercart. It is a game changer (unfortunately not a score changer) and makes the walking experience so much more enjoyable! The only real drawback is the weight of the cart when loading and unloading in my car. Take one for a test drive and you won’t push another day!
Larry D.
Easy to operate. Excellent design makes compact storage and quick deployment super easy. Looks great on the course and makes walking the course a joy! Great product, Alphard!!
A C.
Don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence. I’ve been using a manual pushcart for years and it wasn’t until I played a full walking round with a caddie that I realized what I was missing. Best golf invention since the cigar
Terry W.
I purchased the cyber cart last August and received it at the end of October, so I couldn't review till I was able to use it. I will start out by saying I over all enjoy the cyber cart. That said I've been disappoint in some aspects. The battery in the cyber cart can barley make it 18 holes on a mostly flat coarse. I wouldn't trust it in hilly areas with out a back up battery. The sidekick didn't work. Don't waste money on it. The hand held remote works fine and easy to use. I gave it 4 stars because how well it works with the hand held remote it could have been 3 star if based off the battery and sidekick.
Uwe G.
Far too heavy. I returned the trolley
Jerry C.
It took a few trys to get the cart expanded and back down for storage. I enjoy the controls. And it was easy to control. It is a little heavy but I am getting used to it.
Raul M.
After having played about 10 rounds with it
I am very glad I made the purchase
It only took a few holes to figure out the remote Extremely Happy with my Cybercart
Thank You
Thomas S.
up to now it s perfekt !
thomas
Malcolm G.
It is heavy but will reside in the Golf Club locker room as was the plan. To date only one outing but very smooth and noiseless.
Very well made , battery reduced to 3/6 over 18 holes so suspect I may just get 36 holes from one charge. Yet to be proven
I like it as the bag sits upright in the trolley and compared with the previous e wheels V2 is an all round definite upgrade.
Florian B.
I had two rounds of golf on teh weekend with the Cybercart and it was super. The course is very steep and the cart had no problems.
Looking forward to many more rounds.
Anthony B.
I've been using for 6 weeks. The left wheel has stopped working. The top latch to the handle does not work. The tire latch does not work. Money down the drain.
Scott B.
Great way to play golf.
Jason R.
So this is my 3rd electric cart, so I have some experience.
Pros:
It’s very sturdy
I love how the bag sits more upright then laid back
With that design it seems impossible that it will tip over going up hills
It’s a bit heavy and awkward, but I’ll take well built and sturdy over weak and shaky
I love how high the tires are. Easy to get over curbs. Previous carts were low to ground and I left reviews saying they need to be higher. They must have listened cus both companies now do so
Cons:
I got my cart like 2 months ago. Got about 8 rounds in. It boosts a 36 hole battery. Every round I’ve played it’s down to 2 red indicator lights on the battery. I would not trust it to even do 27 holes. Other cart batteries never even came close to being at the end and I did play 27 holes a few times with no problems.
The remote screen is terrible. Has very dim white lights which you cannot see on a sunny day which is when your usually playing golf.
Also…the remote has turned off randomly several times now and like I’ve said I’ve only played 8 rounds with this cart. Last round I almost fell over twice from running into the cart cus it would stop suddenly from the remote turning off.
Lastly the range between cart and person is pretty weak. My 2 previous carts would go like 75-100 yards before losing communication. This cart has less than 50 yards of that
In total:
I like the cart and the looks. I got the blue and red and even got a blue and red bag to match. I love how it won’t tip over. If Alphard wants to send me a new battery because mine could be crap and a new remote with better LED screen design id definitely give this cart a 4.8 star. I don’t know if they could fix the distance part without sending a new cart with updates. If so definitely 5 stars if those things are improved along with great customer service by reading my review. To end my previous 2 carts did cost more money then the cyber cart so I wasn’t using cheap carts before hand
António Eduardo N.
Although I have only used twice my Cybercraft twice, I would like to express my satisfaction with the equipment, which is an excellent work of design and engineering. Congratulations to Alphard !
It is also a beautiful "toy" that has left me very happy, because with remote control we can enjoy golf and nature. One last thought, Fantastic !
António N Pedroso
Bernd S.
Super Handling, Batterie hält locker 2 komplette Runden... Ein deutlicher Fortschritt zum auch schon sehr guten reinen "Abtrieb". Definitiv jeden Cent wert
August L.
The Cybercart is very strong and robustly built! The cybercart looks good and catches the attention of many golfers. For the price it's a much better trolley than the other remote controlled competitors.
David D.
Best golf purchase I have made in years. The sidekick can be a little touchy when mounted to the handle, I think the signal to the remote gets blocked by the hardcovers. I found it is easier to simply use the remote. Haven't tried the bag mount yet. That may fix the issue. Overall I highly recommend it.
Rob K.
So far so good. Everything I hoped for and more. Solid construction. Reliable and makes walking the course a breeze. Excited to use it more!
Marcel J.
Since 10 days I have the new Cybercart and I very happy with it. Battery last more the 36 holes. You can leave trolley in your car, just take out the battery and temote control to charge them..
Dale M.
This cart-caddie is really a great product. It’s extremely easy to use… solid, durable. I use the remote to guide and steer… climbs hills with ease. Using the cyber-cart makes walking really enjoyable.
chris k.
Love the cybercart! Had the V1 before and never had any issues, just wanted to move on to the latest and greatest. I play 4-5 times a week and it’s been fantastic!
Justin A.
It will tip over I’ve golfed 2 round since I’ve purchased it and it has tipped over 3 times one was my fault but the other 2 it went over backwards and the last one my phone mount broke. I messaged customer service about a replacement phone mount and got nothing back.
Buck E.
