Easy to put in my trunk, easy to get out of my trunk. I love how simple it is to fold and unfold. But the best part is using it. Walking 18 holes is a breeze. The remote is easy to use and clips on my shorts or I can put it on my cart. The cart has a great compartment to put my phone and other golf essentials. I love it!

I finished my 4th round in the week since I received my CyberCart. I have walked with it on 2 of our clubs 3 courses and it has never "used" more than 2 green lights of battery power. These two courses are about a 6 - 7 mile walk, depending on how you play. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting used to using the cart and making it more of a "background" activity as I get used to playing golf with it. I already love the exercise I am getting and the "vibes" i get from walking instead of riding.

I played with an mgi navigator (not the AT version) and this cybercart so far has been significantly better. Way more stable, easy to charge and set up. The position of the bag is more upright so it is a lot easier to get the long clubs out of the bag. The phone holder is very sturdy. So far have loved my experience.

Overall it’s been great. No regrets. The cart has crashed a couple times when the front wheel finds a pothole in the rough. I wish the cart was a little lighter without the battery, but it’s not enough of an issue for me to look at alternatives. I did not get the follow feature and I don’t feel like I’m missing it. I don’t see myself ever going back to push pushing a cart.

About ten rounds used and the only issue I e had is the remote has just shut off a couple of times mid-round. Hit the power button and all was good!! Great product!!

I absolutely love my CC! Best investment for my golf game and health. Every weekend, I’m walking an average of 7 miles on the links. I did a lot of research and the CC might not have all the bells and whistles of some of the more expensive powered carts but once you are on the course you realize you really don’t need the extras. Very stable on the course, smooth acceleration, stops on a button.

I purchased the Cybercart after watch a good friend use his. I believed that this was going to be a good purchase - but boy was I wrong! The Cybercart far exceeds my expectations - a real game changer! I have had a push cart for several years and usually walk when I play. The Cybercart allows me to walk a round - but not be fatigued - I can now concentrate on golf - not getting my clubs to the next shot! Highly recommend! The cart is well made - functions perfectly!

Love the cart. My only complaint and it’s a small one is the cup holder does not securely hold cups when you hit a bump. Because the cart is often moving away from where you are controlling it, it invariable runs over sprinkler heads or holes in the ground. The cart handles this just fine but drinks will often spill. Other than that it’s great.

We purchased two carts. Easy to fold and not too heavy. Fit well in our SUV with two sets of clubs. Used them a few times and they worked great on hills and challenging topography. Very happy so far and would recommend them.

Having issues with battery life. Have used it 3 times and the battery has yet to last a full 18 holes. I have been fully charging it, plugging it in in the car on the way to the course. I have kept speeds to 2-3, helped push it up what little hills are on the course, not used it to charge my phone, kept the gyro off, and it’ll still die on hole 17-18. So far, support hasn’t been much help.

Absolutely love my new Aphard Cybercart. Sorry I didn't have a picture to share of it i action. I believe my buddy who purchased the MGI cart has buyers remourse. It is almost impossible to tip over this cart. Drives through all conditions, easy to control and a HUGE help not having to push the cart on my lower back. I would highly recomend this cart to anyone who wants to walk 18 and enjoy the game.

So far, I really like the cart. I’ve only had it three weeks and have dumped it several times because of operator error. The one area that is a bit concerning is that for unknown reasons it will shut off unexpectedly. I think anybody taking on any type of electric trolley should be aware that they can be very dangerous. Recommend that you take it out and test drive it when you’re not around other people. I think the product supplied by Alphard is very good and I give it 4/5.

My golf course is in the mountains of NC. I'll admit I was skeptical, but the Cybercart was amazing. It didn't fall over went up and down steep hills like a champ. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another on if this one ever wears out.

I have had my CyberCart since 10/2024. It has worked flawlessly. I have well over 180 18 hole rounds. Battery is holding a full charge ... I can play 27+ holes if wanted.
The only issue I have after all these rounds are the rear wheel tread was getting worn down pretty bad. I could not locate any replacement wheels on the Accessories page, so I put on my 'genius hat', and just completed a 're-tread' on both.
Perhaps Alphard will eventually come up with their own retreading option(s)? (Shameless plug .... Or they can hire me to provide a service ... lol) For now, my solution will work for me.

I had the V1 electric push cart for 6 years and was very pleased. I recently purchased the cybercart and I love it. It folds easy and compact. Battery life is great easily runs 36 holes. Very stable handling over all types of terrain. Remote easy to operate .Overall 10 out of 10, great cart .

The cybercart is the top choice in mechanized golf caddies. It performs great, the battery has longevity and the seat is a great accessory. It is still very new and does not fold and unfold as easily as it eventually may. Attaching the seat was a bit of a problem as the directions were not exactly correct. It was necessary to remove both existing screws while the directions clearly stated to remove only one of the screws. Removing both screws complicated the issue greatly. The cybercar is still a top choice and I would fully recommend it.

Front wheel comes off when crossing curb side of cart path. It means wheel won't be lock position. If there is, I couldn't find it. Also, lock button if wheel not fully be locked position so that wheel comes off easy I applied WD40. Then seems working ok. Power cable to motor comes off while setting up cart. Also, it is hard to extend frame to set bag position unless you do WD40.

My wife and I are both 60 and play 3 or 4 rounds of 18 a week. When we can, we walk. We’ve had these carts for a couple of weeks now and they give us the ability to walk just about every course we play. We love them. So very easy to use, and a real game saver. Now when I get to the last few holes I still have a little energy to hit good shots. The variable speed is great too. From a very casual walk to a jog, they go as fast or slow as you want. If they last, they will be well worth the money.

Walking 18 with a Cybercart is a very different experience! Not having to carry, push or pull 40 pounds over 6 miles and 12,000 or more steps, frees one to focus on the course and the game. And it’s particularly true on many of the more hilly courses in Portland, Oregon. And because I don’t have to worry about the weight of the bag, I’m more comfortable packing additional sweaters or jackets, a water bottle, and additional balls.
Golf with a Cybercart really is much more like playing with a caddie. I’ve now played 7 rounds with it and I’ve found it to be sturdy, easy to maneuver and the battery to be reliable. On one charge I played 18 on consecutive days and had power to spare. I can’t recommend it more highly.

After 3 uses the cart no longer works. The battery is fully charged and all the lights are on however the motherboard lights will not come on. Very disappointed. I spent 1400 on a cart I got to use 3 times.

So far so good. I have used it for several rounds. I play on a course with lots of hills. Battery lasts long enough to play 18 with plenty of life left. Remote is easy to use. It took a little bit to figure out how to unfold and fold back up but once you get used to it, its very easy.

I've been able to play three types of courses with my Cybercart - flat, medium hills, and big hills. The Cybercart had no issues with any of the hills - going up or down. I really like the constant speed over any terrain. Also, I find the cart to be very maneuverable. With some practice, I can now make smooth turns without jerking the cart. Overall, I am very pleased.
P.S. The sturdy construction is a positive, but I would caution prospective buyers to beware of the weight to be lifted into your car. Make sure you are up to it.

So far I am very pleased. Only issue was a problem that the battery would not stay plugged in. Not an issue. They replaced it as soon as possible. I have not tested the replacement enough to be sure but I think that it has resolved the problem. Heavier that my previous cart. Very sturdy. Not totally proficient at folding it yet but that will come with a little use. So far customer service seems to be very accessible and efficient.

The cybercart is performing as it should. Although being a little on the heavy side it actually benefits its stability while on the course and navigating uneven terrain. I have played ten rounds with it, ran over some obstacles, tall grasses and even a curb or two with no problems what so ever. The wider base makes it way more stable than other brands which I've seen tip over while my cybercart navigated the same terrain flawlessly. Easy to control with the remote and I charge the battery after 36 holes with some life left in it. I highly recommend this product to golfers who want a worry free and relaxing round.

I may have been a little over zealous when I opened the cart for the fifth time. I grabbed the top bag mount and it snapped but was still usable. I requested a replacement part at 7:30 PM by email and after showing two photos to my agent, JiJi, my new part was on its way by 9:00 PM. Outstanding service! My new Cybercart is turning heads at my club. Everyone wants a closer look. Everyone who looks at it is impressed with it’s very apparent sturdiness. They are impressed with the stability of the cart and how my bag sits in a much more upright position than with its competitors completely in front of the the drive wheels. Despite there being a few moderately steep hills on our course the wheelie wheels have yet to be used. I cannot recommend the Cybercart more highly.

I've used the cart on five rounds since receiving it and I'm very happy with my purchase. The cart has performed extremely well, and the battery life is great. I've received a bunch of compliments on it, even from folks that already have electric carts from other manufacturers. The only issue I've had so far is the button on the storage box in the handle. It began sticking and the cover wouldn't stay closed. I removed the screws on the latch, took it apart, reasembled, and reinstalled and it's working again. Maybe in future versions a strong magnet would be better than a latch with spring.

I'm very happy with the cart. I've only had one issue. I was walking on a narrow paved trail controlling the cart with the remote. The cart would occasionally drift to the left or right, no big deal. I just brought it in line with the remote. Then every time it drifted to the right the remote was unable to bring it back. I had to turn it to the right and make a circle to control it. It's ok now.

Worse experience ever. Was shipped a defective unit with a well known problem. First round the battery would not stay connected rolling over the slightest bump and then the remote stopped pairing. After 2 holes into a tournament had to pack it up and send it in with the Ranger and hop on a cart. Shipped a new battery that stays connected but neither the remote nor the Phone app will operate the cart. Waiting on “approval” to return it and get a refund. Total waste of my time. I would NOT recommend the Cybercart based upon this experience.
