Ive just assembled the golf trolley and the V2 Alphard together.Pretty straightforward task .I was hoping i would get a proper manual to follow instruction .Managed to put it al together I will be trying it when i play next in a few days time .The whole thing looks massive compared to other electric trolleys I've used before. I'm sure once i get used to it i will be very happy with the purchase

I feel like it is a little soon to do a full review, but I keep getting the emails, so call this some first impressions and early thoughts. This is after 2 rounds: one on a short, relatively flat course, and one full length course with some reasonable elevation change. I have the V2Pro with the Omni (my really old push cart was not compatible).
I really enjoyed the removal of the carry/push burden. It was nice to walk and have more energy at the end of the round.
I have some learning to become a good driver and have it be less of an active thinking activity on where/how to move the cart around. My early stress was where to put the remote when not in use. Best spot was the small front right pocket in my shorts. Left side is bad due to the glove, regular front is bad to mix with tees and divot tool, right back is bad, phone goes there. I also tried to clip to my belt with the attachment--not as good as that tiny pocket. let's hope all my shorts and golf pants have that.
The controls on the remote are pretty intuitive and easy to use. I didn't use the 15/30 much, but there was one time I set it at 30 to go and stop while I helped my partner search. That was cool. It might be slightly more helpful in overall usage if those two buttons were super easy to find without looking (raised features of some sort).
Hills were handled well. For steep hills that were a little wet, the wheels would spin out. But it didn't tip over, so all was good.
My only trouble navigating was up and down curbs. Eventually, I got comfortable enough with just letting it go down the curbs--it handled those pretty well. Going up, I still need to figure the best way. The cart does not like to be pushed on its own. I need to remember and try to use the freewheel and gyro-off modes.
The freewheel mode and no manual brake are a little worrisome, but I'm not sure it will ever matter if I get used to activating the motor with one-touch. That sort of acts as a manual brake I guess.
Battery: I charged both the main batter and the remote between rounds, so I don't have any feedback on battery life. It was great for both, but I forgot to check the LEDs after to see what the level was.
The Omni cart has a bit to be desired. It is perfectly functional, but limited in features. I'll have to get an add-on for sure. The only real downer is that the "cup holder" is designed for a can or small cup. I have a small insulated water bottle and it didn't really fit. Some sort of add-on likely fixes that.
So, maybe this should be a 5-star review. The function was great and I'm sure my small issues will resolve with practice and an accessory or two.

Great so far

I am writing to share my experience with the V2Pro + Omni Cart I purchased in mid-May. After playing approximately eight rounds of golf with it, I am very pleased with the investment.
My local course is quite hilly, and previously, the physical exertion of pushing a cart at age 65 made each round a full-body workout. I often had very little energy left for other activities. Since using the V2Pro, I find I have plenty of stamina remaining for post-round activities and household chores.
Additionally, I appreciate the health benefits of walking the course. It helps loosen my lower back, whereas riding in a cart often exacerbates my back condition. This has been a worthwhile investment for both my golf game and my physical health.
RICHARD L.
Amazed how enjoyable to walk without pushing a cart
Victor S.
Love it. I wish I would of bought it sooner.
Eric S.
Great product long battery life
john c.
The cart performs well. I would have liked a better storage design.
chris p.
love it can’t believe i waited forever to purchase it, don’t think i’ll ride again for awhile!!
Charles P.
I owned a Batcaddy for three years before finally giving up on it. I had recent problems getting parts, communicating with them and even contacting them. Apparently they are reorganizing. I am fortunate that I bought a V2. It tracks beautifully because of its gyroscope. It’s extremely stable. Charging is quick and after two weeks of daily use I wish that I had bought this originally. It performs so well I wish I had bought this a long time ago. The confidence that I have in it translates to my golf game!
Mirtaghi M.
Work great, no problem using it for first time. Battery life is awesome.
Peter B.
I ordered cart and in 2 days it had arrived 1st class not used it as of yet but looking forward to it thanks guys
Jeff O.
Has changed my game for the MUCH better.
Douglas S.
Insane power, easy install. Absolutely love it.
Peter S.
I don't think I have everything in order yet, as the right side clamp fastens fine, but not the left. In the interim, it rides on top between the wheels and battery.
Otherwise, it works well and fulfills the purpose I was looking for....walking the course without pushing up hills.
Gregory G.
Everything is great
Sean E.
Very good so far

I bought the Omni Cart with V2. Love it. So quiet. Really like the new wheelie bars. I love the way it turns - you can spin it! This is my second V2; my first i bought back in 2021 and paired with my ClicGear cart. I used for over 4 years and had over 600 rounds on it. Husband just got his OmniCart yesterday. Gifting his old V2 and clic Gear cart to the daughter. So far I’ve played two 18 hole and two 9 hole rounds. The 18 holes only used 1 light out of 5 on the battery. After each 9 hole, I still had all 5 lights. I do recharge after every 18, but not after 9 (even if I’m playing 18 the next day). Love Alphard Golf. For us, customer service has been exceptional.
Brian C.
Going well so far.
Robert B.
Took 3 pkgs to get here and only two had tracking info causing multiple emails and waiting and waiting. Never knew when it was coming due to missing tracking info. Quite sloppy
Richard B.
Has made golfing more enjoyable.
Ted M.
So far only 2 rounds in and I love it. It has been a game changer for me. I play at a very hilly course and as I got older, walking became a challenge with a non-powered push cart resulting in using a riding cart and losing the exercise factor. The V2 now allows me to get some exercise and concentrate more on my golf game.
Michael M.
Some extra assembly needed as they updated the brackets to gray from black, Alan key supplied wasn’t correct size but I had one.
William S.
Easy to put together, easy to transport. The seat accessory works well. My wife loves it.
Steve H.
Terrific product, great price
Eileen H.
75 year young lady. I can get more exercise and play with more vigor with this amazing cart!
Mark B.
Works great
Larry A.
Send me the whole package not just a piece, no screws, washers or wrenches. Plus it takes two spacer, not one. Purchased V2 the first of May, haven’t used it, now June 3rd. Please overnight the correct parts. I have called and sent emails to customer service with no reply.
Marsha A.
So easy to use!
Jeremy W.
Lovely versatile and agile trolley
Highly recommended
Michelle H.
It works great and beats pushing the cart by hand. I'm not real fond of the tether option though. I would prefer a blue tooth app instead. Overall, I really like the way it operates with the remote, and I like the fact that when it gets about 80 yards out it stops out of range.
Dale A.
Great product! Nice to be able to walk and not have to lug or push that bag around!
Dean S.
Great experience! Quick set up and no learning curve required. Love it!
Brian K.
Like the cart as a whole. Wish there were more accessories for it. The cup holder tore after only 2 rounds and does not look easy to replace. Not alot of handle bar space to add an after market one. Other than that I like it.
Mark Z.
Great product! great price!
Chinda N.
It make my game lots easier and good work out too.
Todd F.
Great item
Brooks B.
Omni Cart V2Pro bundle. So far so good! I’ve only used it three times so far and really like the ease and stability. Battery life seems great it only loses one light after 18 holes. I added a Cosmo push cart organizer from Amazon and now have plenty of room for extra drinks and range finder. Also added a cell phone holder. Looking forward to my next round.
Charles A.
A great cart. Just got it.. Super easy to put together with the instructions and video. Used it for 18 holes and love it! I am 82 year old and playing golf most of my life. Love to walk. Don’t like to ride in a cart. Now I can walk the course and don’t get tired pushing the old cart around. Ther Alphard cart is easy to operate with the remote and can go anywhere up and down hills. Very stable. After 18 holes I still had plenty of battery power left if I wanted to go another nine without re-charging. Highly recommend this product. Love it! Charlie
Ralph L.
It took a few outings to determine the best sequence for unloading, assembling, loading everything. Otherwise I loved my V20. Easy to used.
Paul H.
Brilliant
cliff m.
Great to have a cart I don’t have to push. Made it so much easier to play and walk the golf course. Love my investment love the cart.
Edward G.
Easy to operate and has reduced the extra steps in retrieving the push cart.
DAVID A.
Omni Pro has been a fantastic addition!! Easy to learn and great to maneuver around the course. Wish I had purchase last year. Really has no stress on my back is main reason I purchased. Highly recommend for any golfer.
Thank you
DaveB
Thomas K.
All arrived in two separate packages. Instructions are good and assembly was simple.
One of the small gray tabs on the lower support wheel arms snapped off other wise all is working very well!!
David S.
I’m very happy with my V2 Pro Omni Cart. Used it once so far. Everything worked as I would have hoped. It tracked straight and moved smoothly over rough terrain. Responded well to the remote. It rained near the end of the round and the top of the battery was getting rained on. That’s my only negative. It would be great if there was a shield that protected the battery. Otherwise it’s well made, very solid piece of equipment.
Matt B.
Bought the Omni cart and V2. I am very pleased with it so far. Extremely stable. My friends have been impressed at the slope that it has handled. I still think about the cybercart. For now. This unit works well. Both the cart and drive are easy to handle. The only reason for me to get rid of this will be to move to the Cybercart.
Donald S.
Works great!! I love it!
Bryan F.
Easy to use.
Miles D.
First electric cart I've owned. Love it. Easy to assemble and operate.
Monica W.
Love it! Works great, super quiet, no problem with the hills. I like the seat feature. Use it for slow play. Easy and fast charging and holds the charge. Very happy with my purchase.
Namhyo K.
I should have purchased earlier! Love this product! Made me focus more on the game and more exercise at the same time!
Tracey J.
This is perfect for that sunday quiet walk not ride on the golf course. I absolutely love it .
Christopher P.
its just great - exceeded my expectations
CRYSTAL R.
Love it!! I am the envy of the golf group and I wish I had made the decision sooner!
Great value too!
Scott W.
Could use better directions.
John S.
Great package!
Raymond S.
Love it so much. Saves my legs and back. Definitely gives you a high quality golf experience when you use it. Life just feels better when you use this.
derek s.
The cart itself was great. Needs a better clip for remote tho. Also I used it for a round and 1 light shut off at end of round. I still had 4 lights remaining. Golfed next day and it died on 12th hole. Had to push for 6 holes . Definitely harder to push then a regular cart.
Jerome M.
Very nice cart and will help me get more exercise while golfing.
Larry C.
There is a difference in the amount of energy you save when you're not pushing your cart. I felt like I was a professional. I played my best round ever. I finished strong and sent video to my buddies saying they should purchase one.
Jeff R.
Was everything I was expecting and more.
Richard C.
I have been very impressed with the quality and performance of the V2 . It’s very sturdy and powerful. I tried to test the performance over a 36 hole experience. I did get 35 and 1/2 holes in one charge. It is very easy to push on its own thank goodness. I have been using the follow along tether unit and am having some problems getting it to follow in a calm way. It seems to be very sensitive to my walking movements. It seems to have a mind of its own and wanders a little aggressively. Not sure if there is a way to dial it in? But it has been a refreshing change to have the freedom to not have to push or pull. My back is much better after a round. The remote works well and is very easy to monitor.
Reinhard K.
Einfach Top.
Frank S.
I had one prior three years ago
Dale A.
It’s my second cart from you guys and I’ve loved them both. The feedback I would share with you to make the product better is the charging port cover is very difficult to use on the bottom of the V2 pro. Relocating that to a more accessible position would be a big improvement.
Paul T.
I have an apparent problem, for which I would ask for your advice to remedy. I’ve attached 3 photos. One photo shows the stabiliser system on the right side which works fine. However the photo showing the stabiliser system on the left side has the rectangular block which should turn at 90 degrees to the wheel only turning to about 45 degrees. Can you advise how to fix this please. In addition, I used the V2 Pro on a rainy day and water appears to have got under the faceplate and has not dried out. Is this a problem?
Paul T.
love it
Jeffrey H.
I’ve only had it out 3 times so far, but what a great difference it makes !!!
So far I love it
Michael P.
I used my V2Pro for the first time playing 9 holes. 5 white LED's when I finished. At 74 my first thought was this cart walks slower than me. Then I learned I can click the forward button on the remote several time and the cart will go faster. I believe I'm going to love this cart, especially the two year warrantee in something go wrong.
James B.
Major difference in being able to enjoy the game. It was like playing with a caddie, but not having to tip him at the end!
Ronald K.
I like my new V2Pro, however my critique is with the cart. Having the front wheel that can swivel is a must, but that wheel also needs to have some form of spring or shock absorbing effect. That wheel does take some abusive shock when it hits at an angle an edge on a path.
Fredric W.
Other than a single drawback, the cart has been great. Unfortunately, that drawback is a biggie for me. All documentation says the V2Pro can be used to manually turn with power pushing up a hill on a narrow path (when using the remote to turn is difficult). It's not the case as the cart fights me when trying to turn (gyro off). It's not possible to power down the cart and push it up the hill.
I've talked to support and V2Pro groups....no solution. Turns out your documentation is not accurate, according to Alphard support.
John G.
cart is great ! No longer worn out the last few holes of walking with a push cart.Directions that came with it need improvement.Had to go online for better directions when putting together. Once up and running it works great .
Kurt R.
Can't wait to try it
Tim R.
I bought the club booster V2 Pro for my Bag Boy Quad XL. After getting it put together I was amazed at how much energy I still had on the last few holes of a round. I was so amazed, I bought my wife a V2 Pro + Omni Cart from Alphard. She is sold on it and both of us will never “push” our carts again!! Thanks
Zack K.
Not happy spending $1000 on this product and having the wheel bent out of the box.
Tric M.
So far I’m several rounds in and it performs perfectly. I can’t say how much I love this cart. It makes walking the course 1000% better. I wish I would have bought one sooner.
Carl B.
As advertised it was easy to assemble and use. Virtually no learning curve.
K G.
I have been pushing a cart for 15 years. I’m about to turn 65 and found I was getting fatigued by hole 15. The closing 4 holes on the course I play are hilly, mostly up hill. I was considering becoming a cart riding player but did not like the idea of giving up the walk. The Alphard cart has totally changed the way I feel at the end of the round! It’s easy to set up and take down. Best money I have spent on golf equipment!
John W.
Love how it works. Very reliable and easy to use. Only downside it that it has not large net for stowing jackets etc. and no small pocket to temporarily stow items like rangefinder or snacks. The water cup stowage doesn't tolerate a Styrofoam or other disposable cup because it sits at an angle,
Robert W.
.
Ryan J.
Works great!
Adam O.
Hooked after first use. Can definitely tell an improvement in stamina. Easy to use and control, and excited for many more walking rounds to come!
Jack K.
If you had mentioned somewhere in the instructions that the cart locks into the wheels when you pull out, the stabilizing wheels would be a help. The first time I used it I didn’t realize that and how to lock it in. I had to see it on a YouTube video.
John P.
I am really enjoying my new Alphard. I was the last in my foursome to get one and I really wish I would have ponied up sooner. What a game changer!
Nikki B.
I'm enjoying walking the course with the V2 Pro. Set up was easy! Using the wheelie bars as the latches for the pull cart was ingenious. Carrying the bag or pushing a cart wasn't really an option, but this is a great way to be able to walk the course without being exhausted at the end of the round!
Brian K.
Took longer than I cared for to get. One guy said he couldn't find my order even though I had an order number. Once I got it it works fine but wish there were more accessories. The covered basket barely holds my cell phone. Price was right, but service was a C.
john V.
2nd ti.e i used the cart, love not pushing a cart uphill.
Donald G.
I recently received my V2 Pro + Omni Cart. I had 2 open heart bypass surgeries last July. My Doctors suggested I keep up my walking routine. I advised him that I golf a lot and walk most rounds. I’m already playing golf and have already walked 3-18 and 1-9 hole round. It has allowed me to walk without additional effort, strain, or fatigue. Senior League play begins in 2 weeks and I’m ready to go. I plan to add pictures to my next post. The V2Pro + Omni Cart has allowed me to continue enjoying my passion for golf. It performs exceptionally and was a great value compared to others on the market. I believe it is an excellent product. I recommend it to several others in the short time I have used it. Stay tuned I will provide a picture and update soon. Thanks
Don G.
David R.
The V2 pro is exactly what I was looking for. It carries all my stuff and is extremely stable. The thing just won't tip over!
Peter Z.
Great product worth the money
Frank F.
We purchased the two Alphard V2 with Omni Cart bundles for us. We enjoy playing golf together and we live on a private course complex that features 3 courses that are very walkable. These new carts are replacing competitor carts that had sealed lead batteries and the framework on the older carts didn't hold up well for us.
Set up and assembly took about 10 minutes per cart. My favorite features are the detachable lithium batteries, the rechargeable remotes, the ability to "free wheel" should the battery die and the smooth and steady operation of the V2 power drive unit. We were able to get 27 holes of use from the first full charge.
It's easy to charge the batteries so we intend to charge up after every 18 holes.
My only criticism is that the webbed beverage holder should be a few inches deeper and perhaps larger in circumference. It basically holds a plastic water bottle or pop/beer can. But I want to use a larger drink container for water and currently that isn't practical because my water bottle doesn't fit.
Otherwise we are extremely happy with our purchase.
Paula L.
Love the cart. Makes golf so much easier when you don’t have to push the cart!
Joe W.
Enjoying it! Like anything, it takes a little getting used to as far as hills and slopes, but the overall experience is wonderful!
Ed R.
This is a great deal. It’s very easy to use and I love how quick it is to set up and break down. Can’t go wrong with this set up.
Scott L.
Works great. Easy to transport in trunk and assemble at course.
