One of the tubes failed and it meant that the cart could not be released an there was a problem getting it home. Able to undo the tube at home and support were great getting a replacement.
Unfortunately the remote was lost in this process and as yet I have not been able to buy one so no cart for now.

After stripping the stabilising wheels which was totally my fault the replacement sent quickly and works well and I love it.

The two wheelie tubes are far too flimsy at the screw connection. The inner aluminum profile bends very quickly during normal use of the trolley. When that happens, the inner screw becomes loose and the entire mechanism starts to wobble.
