It's a fantastic device. I bought it with the trolley as a bundle. The only thing that is a limiting factor is the size. It is quite wide and needs to be taken apart to be able to put it into my locker in the golf club. Normal electro trolleys fit there without problem.

August 24 -2023 I ordered the V2 and Omni cart with the CB Sidekick.
Fast delivery (2-3 days) to Denmark.
Assembly and setup was very easy.
I have now walked approx. 12 rounds with it, and I can say that everything works perfectly, and is easy to maneuver.
A few times I have borrowed my wife's electronic trolley without a remote.
But the remote and follow me, provide a fantastic freedom, that is hard to describe.
Every round now, I really enjoy walking totally relaxed in shoulders and neck.
I am very surprised of the difference (Should have bought one years ago)

1. Great purchase. Many on the course like it as well and ask questions about it.
2. Points to consider for improvement: The remote rubber cover for the charger port is poorly designed and placed. Went on the course and using the remote, the cover does not stay in place and looks like it will pull off easily. I put a rubber band over it and that works. The cart storage area is too small to hold a cell phone and golf balls. The umbrella holder does not tighten well enough to work. Remote activates the cart while in my pocket. What is the best way to undue a "wheely" when going up a steep hill?
3. Unexpected valuable point: I did not know that the small battery was removable from the wheel base. That is a great selling point. I no longer have to lug the wheels with the battery from my car and walk to the elevator and travel to my 7th floor condo. Keep us the good work. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love the product but the customer service is TERRIBLE!! I paid for bag to hold my wheels is in and it still hasn't been delivered. I called a dozen times and sent emails with no reply. The run around is a joke!! I've asked for a refund on the bag as well and never received that either. Not a good look.

Received my V2 cart two weeks ago I played 29 whole round with it, and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it and it makes walking the golf course much more enjoyable, not having to push a cart. Their customer service is five stars. They are really good about getting back to you very quickly and with a good response.

Solid electric golf cart. Has powerful motor and very good remote control that lets me easily go tee to green. It has a good battery and I can play 36 holes on one charge. Two things they could improve. First idea is remote has to be charged (it does not use replaceable batteries). My fear is I will forget to charge it and the remote will stop working on course. I will be stuck. Why not add a plug to handle on the 3 wheel cart you now sell that would allow you to recharge remote? Second idea is one course I play to get from green to next tee box requires you to walk on their winding cement paths that riding carts use. These paths are narrow with high curbs and I have to have my hand on remote all the time going left left left right right right. Or I can turn motor off and manually push cart. Why not let you have option to manually steer cart when motor is on the lowest speed. To do that just need to have way to disengage electric break when using lowest speed.

Always wanted one and this was the best purchase I made in a few years. Your game will suffer the first few rounds because the new cart/toy has your attention. After a few rounds, you have total control of the remote and will focus back on walking and playing good golf. The Alphard cart will make want to walk and play more rounds, which will only improve your game. I recommend this to all golfers and please don’t wait until you are older.

I absolutely love this remote control cart. I purchased the entire package (wheels and cart) and must say it is a must if you are a walker. It is like having your own caddy on the course with you. Makes walking so easy not having to push your cart around. Cart is well constructed and well worth the price.

I never thought I would be a player with a remote cart - but - boy has it been a game changer! More time to walk and focus in between shots - and on a hilly course you'll love watching others struggle to push/carry their bags! Highly recommend!

I like the customer service rep who helped me fixed the problem in the remote control directions! Problem I have at present right now is, how do you stop the machine from spinning? I tightened the bracket holding the bar, however if it’s too tight it’s hard to disengage from the bar with wheel stabilizers? Thanks Dale Cruz

I’ve used my new cart a half dozen times on my very hilly home course and it has performed very well. I wish the cart had somewhere to store my lunch. Other than that it is everything I had hoped for. I’m 86 and wanted to walk the course as long as I could and the V2 is going to help me do that.

The cart has been a great way to reduce my fatigue on the course. The V2 is very responsive to the remote. Placing and removing the battery couldn't be easier. I typically only play 18 holes in a day and there are no issues with the batteries running out. The only negative is that the screw in one of the clamp assemblies for the wheelie bars came loose. Fortunately I noticed and was able to reattach the clamp.

Had initial problem with the v2 omni cart where it was pulling to the right. Made an adjustment to the clamping brackets ( tightened them a little) goes strait as an arrow. Its a great machine would recommend it

A tremendous device!!! I wish I had ordered this sooner. The cart allows me to just "take a walk in the park" without the stress on my neck and shoulders as was the case in using a manual push cart. There are four other guys in my golf group that have also purchased the cart.

V2 works great. Omni cart is good but lacks features. Would like to see more storage such as a bag to hold snacks etc. The ability to hang items such as a sand bottle from cart.

I bought the bundle, ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I've been asked by countless members where I got it and how much I paid. When I told them the price, their jaw dropped! I was skeptical on its ability to navigate the steep terrain and this thing does whatever you ask it to do. Steep incline, steep decline, over small bridges, or just go fast ahead of me. It's amazing!

Motor drive system seems well controlled. Battery capacity is more than adequate.
Remote controller could use a battery status indicator.

Easy to assemble. The cart and wheel/axle are each light enough to easily carry. Takes a min to set up once you’re at the course. Using the remote is easy. Keep the remote in your pocket so you don’t have to go back to the cart. Make the cart come to you or meet you. My wife will probably get the follow along add on when it’s available. Just have to steady it going up steep hills. Highly recommend
