Like all the products I've had from Alphard, love them all

Helps keep the trunk clean. It lives in the car and when not transporting the cybercart the wife will throw things into it to stop them from rolling around. For the handles ripping off all I can say is it never even occurred to me to try picking the 38 pound cart up with them.

I picked up the bag three times before the handle broke. Until they can secure a sturdy handle I would not recommend this accessory.

Trunk space look clean with this product..

The case is great for keeping dirt and grass out of my vehicle. However, be careful when moving your Cybercart from house to vehicle. I would carry the cart in the case and the handles on the case ripped out after only 3-4 uses. However, Alphard customer service was Amazing. The provided me with a new case for my cart. Now, I’ll place the case in the vehicle, then add my Cybercart to the case. Again, ❤️ the trunk case and service from Alphard.

The box is nice. However, the two handles are not designed to handle the 30+ lb load. Would have been better to design strong handles with good stitching and strength so that the user can lift the box with the Cybercart into the back of the vehicle

Velcro comes undone when cart pushes on it when making turns and allows the cart to tip over.

Too cheaply made for the cost. Otherwise, it works OK.

It's ok. It works keeping the car clean but for the cost of it a cardboard box cut to fit works too. Not unhappy with it but not ecstatic either.

Well made..

When I first recieved, it looked like it was well made. However, first time lifting it into my vehicle the handle ripped almost causing me to drop the whole thing. The idea was good but there are definitely design flaws and the quality of the build and materials are questionable. I do NOT recommend this product.

The Cybercart fits in the trunk case real nicely. The Velcro tabs at the back doesn’t prevent it from rolling out, so I put a wheel block up against it. The trunk case doesn’t slide.

I would love for handles to be strong enough to lift with the CyberCart inside, but this case is great. Thank you.

Battery sucks. No one cares

fits in my Tahoe perfectly! Still hoping for a seat that can be attached to the Cybercart.

I changed vehicles. I used to have a pickup truck, with a hard cover for the bed, so I could leave all my golf equipment in the bed (I golf often, up to 5 days a week). I now have an SUV. This case allows me to continue to leave my cart in the back of my vehicle, and not get grass or dirt everywhere. This case is sturdy enough with the Velcro attachments. My cart fits great, folded up. I’m happy.

Needed something to protect my car trunk from mud, etc. this does the trick in a very stylish way.

A nice enough case, fits my cybercart well and keeps my car clean. I wish the handles were of sufficient strength to lift it with the cart in it--but they're not. I just pull my cart in and out of the car and leave the case in the car. Easy peasy.

I am so glad that I went back and ordered the trunk case. It has a low profile but ample room for my cybercart.

The Cybercart is fantastic. Much better than the Alphard V1 and the V2. The Cybercart stands up straighter, has better balance, is much better on hills, has a bit narrower base for getting across bridges, and the gryo really does work! It might be a bit heavier than its siblings, but it is evident that Alphard leaned well from its earlier iterations and pack a whole lot of improvements and extra features. You're gonna love it.

I like this in principle. The problem is, one of the handles partially tore off the third time I used it. I would like to get it replaced if possible.

AWSOME PRODUCT

The clean trunk case is a great way to keep the course dirt off your vehicles floor. I love the way it folds flat and perfectly fits the Cyber Cart to stop it from sliding beyond case. Since the Cyber Cart is taller than my trucks flatbed it will NOT fit standing up unless I want to leave the truck bed open. Fits in my SUV well, but in the truck I put the Cyber Cart in the back seat.

My trunk was always a mess with grass and dirt from my wheels. The trunk mat helps keep my trunk clean. Vacuum doesn't pick up grass very well.

Keep my car clean.

Everything came packed neatly and well organized. The setup process was so simple as well. It is easy to maneuver around the house. I can’t imagine air for weather warm enough to get outside!!

The trunk case is well made and looks great! I’m glad that I got one.

I love the case, however the handles on my storage case were weak. I was lifting my cart and case out of my truck when both handles tore off the side of the case. My cart and case dropped to the ground. Recommend strengthening the handles.

I absolutely love this item. It allows me to keep my cart and accessories in one location. I have it in the bed of my covered truck and it is very accessible.

I have used my CyberCart about 6 times on the Golf Course where I’m a member. It’s worked perfectly each time. Grateful for this new toy!

Its not very efficient. The Velcro that supports the corners doesn't hold because the cart is too heavy. Actually carrying it back and forth to the club is difficult due to its weight. But it is a sturdy cart... wish it was lighter.

Handle broke first time I used it. I was told it wasn’t to be lifted with the cart inside. Ridiculous!!! I will not buy another Alphard again. Bad reviews to follow

Excellent design.

Only problem is how to situate the cart so that it is not tipping over when driving. Not really a container problem.

Nice accessories

I imagine this would be good for keeping your trunk clean and keep the dirt, etc from your CC wheels from getting all over the place. I opted to use a 27 gallon plastic storage bin so I could lift the whole thing out at once. It is of good quality but I probably won’t use it.

Nice touch to store in vehicle

The new Cybercart is great. Assembly was easy and works great. Being in Northeast I won’t be using it outdoors for another 3 months.

It seems to come apart easily when I’m storing my cyber cart.

I cannot fit this plus my bag in my car so this will stay in my garage. Great for keeping it off the ground.

It's great. Holds the cart in place in the way-back of my SUV. I think it would work better if the velcro connection on the front was reversed. I think if the front panel had velcro on the "outside" instead of the "inside" it would provide a more secure connection.

I would love to get a chance to use the cybercart but we are stuck in a very wet, muddy pattern at the moment with the golf course closed much of the time. I'm anxious to use everything but it will have to wait a while longer.

I've gone through 3 of these and everyone of the handles has broken. I'm not carrying it around the house, just lifting from my car to the garage shelf and after only about 5 lifts, it breaks. The last time the whole cart fell and thankfully the cart was ok, but these clearly aren't meant for carrying the cart which is unfortunate, as that's what all of us would assume. Thankfully Alphard customer service has been awesome and replaced under warranty!

Fantastic customer service. My original case handle pulled off at no fault of Alphard but they were so kind as to replace under warranty and the new one arrived when the inventory was refilled.

Fast delivery and working as expected

Received with no information but easy to fold into place even if you don't do origami. Absent any documentation that I have obviously found online too late I thought handles were for doing thing that handles usually do and used them to lift the cart and put it in the back of my Bronco where it fits perfectly. Alas after several rounds the handle proved to be unsuited for lift and carry activities as one end of one handle tore through the side of the case. with little to no stress on the case.. I am currently working on a strap system that will support the case and CyberCart. As a protector for the trunk of rear space in a SUV it works great. My home course is often very muddy so I'm glad to have it.

It looks great, and does the simple job of keeping the cart from sitting directly on something you want to stay clean. The problem is the fragility of the straps. After mine tore, I asked customer support if they were meant to be used to carry the cart in the thing. They said the straps were meant to be used to move the holder around with the cart in it, but *not* meant to carry the full weight of the cart. If that's not important to you, then this holder is perfectly fine. I will say, before the handles ripped, it actually made carrying the the cart a lot easier, especially with extra accessories that could just sit in the holder as well while you carried it, so it's disappointing that it's not strong enough to do so reliably. If that were fixed, then I'd rate this a 5/5 product. As it is, it's just a more expensive tool that does is the same function as a mat or blanket you can put down to protect whatever you don't want to get dirty. Granted, it does look very nice. Alphard's aesthetic and branding style is on-point.
