It's the perfect companion for your golf rounds. It's easy to use, although I have yet to set up the auto-following correctly. The second control that comes with it doesn't work, so I use the primary one instead. It's still going backwards even after I set it up following the manual step-by-step. Anyway, I can enjoy the 18 holes without any worry of a drained battery. It's amazing and stress-free.

Delivered in good time, easy to assemble the whole package because I bought the full bundle with the Omni Cart and the side-kick.
Soon had it going up and down the drive, of course after ensuring the battery was charged and all remotes etc. were charged and ready.
The following day I was out on the course, I have a full set of clubs and quite a heavy tour bag and the V2 flew round the course with comments from my playing partners like, "wow! doesn't it go quick" and "how far can go before it cuts out". Didn't find out the last comment because I would have had to send it out of bounds and out of sight to get the answer.
Well I'm very happy with the setup and got it for one hell of a great price having fallen hook line and sinker for the Black Friday deal, even though almost bought it the week before on its normal bundle price.
I have had it out on the course 2 more times since and it doesn't miss a beat.

Greetings. I'm the proud owner of Club Booster V2 + Omni Cart + Sidekick (SK) bundle. All of my items work exceptionally well. I've had the items out on the course here in California and it's AWESOME! The directions are easy to follow and I spend several sessions practicing in my back yard to gain and understanding of how the SK worked before I went out on the course. All of the items are easy to recharge and they re-charge very quickly, again no issues. I'm pleased with my purchase--way to go ALPHARD!

Played 5-6 rounds and I can say this is a game changer. Very happy with it. Sidekick is not very useful for novice player as it only follows well through fairways. The follow function is a bit too aggressive for my liking regarding speed and how close it stops to the player. Other than that this is a great product.

Used it twice last week…. Love it!
Simple to use, takes no time to put together and found the sidekick to be best when you run it either left or right when you have it on the handle.
Was looking to buy the cybercart but told it won’t hit Europe until next season. This will be fine until then…. I don’t think I have ever felt more relaxed on the golf course walking.
Already have a buyer for it when I upgrade to the cybercart next season.

Overall I am somewhat satisfied; I absolutely love walking and not having to push and steer the cart. But equally, I absolutely hate having to fidget with The Forward “F” button when re-engaging the cart to make certain the cart is in follow mode. I spend an inordinate amount of time making sure the cart is engaged.
Right now I’m torn as to whether or not the two extremes feelings are worth it.

- Relatively easy to set up
- Cart stores compactly
- Overall price is excellent
Cons
- You constantly have to play with the remote “F” button to make certain the cart is in follow mode. This is very annoying.
- Cart is somewhat sporadic and lunges forward when first connected.

I had a foresight forecaddy. It was “unstable”. The design seemed optimized for weight and folding into a compact package and they made a poor choice with the “joy stick” remote. The alphard has made different choices. I love my alphard once set up and loaded with my bag. Remote is awesome, super stable. Easy to control and send it exactly where you want. So much better than the forecaddy, in my opinion.
The “cons”. Since the alphard is the rear wheels for the cart, once removed the car is burdensome. It folds fine, but doesn’t lock in a folded state and doesn’t carry easily. The alphard wheels have a great carrying handle and is easy to transport, but once removed from the cart (so you can fold the cart) make sure you have the wheels under control as they can roll away.
Battery is easy to remove and charge, but requires a special cable (supplied). They is due to another design choice which enables the charging connector to be sealed against moisture when not being charged.
Overall, the alphard seems to have been designed by electrical and mechanical engineers vs the forecaddy which I think was designed by software and optical engineers.
I would have given it 5 stars if the cart folded and locked folded to make it easier to transport,
I have not received the sidekick yet, so I have not been able to test that.

Cart is fun to use with the remote. I’ve used the regular remote 2 times on the course now and I’m getting the hang of it. I also have the Omni Sidekick remote and have tried it at the local park. Works much better in the front of the bag but I have to turn the bag sideways in order to use the clip. This makes it awkward to get to all of the compartments on the bag.
I will try the Sidekick remote the next time on the course and hope that I can figure out how to use the arrow buttons on that remote when in the FL mode. The cart will follow me but doesn’t respond to the arrow commands. I think it isn’t sync’d properly to arrow directions on the SK remote.
Otherwise, I’m enjoying being able to walk freely and not push a cart. My shoulders and back feel less stressed after a full round. Thanks!

I love the V2 and Omni Cart! I love walking the courses, especially without pushing a cart or carrying my bag. I appreciate the wide wheel base and the stability of the cart. I play with friends who have other brands, and they've all tipped over at some point - not the Alphard! I'm still playing with the "follow-me" function. I don't know yet whether my difficulty is user or equipment error.

I found assembling the cart was difficult due to multiple sets of brackets with no guidance as to which to use. Directions overall were minimal and resulted in multiple attempts to get the job done.
Got no response from customer service when I reached out for help.
I'm sure I'll be happy with the product but the experience leaves something to be desired. ** out of ***** for the total Alphrad rating.

I would give it a five but I have difficulty getting the follow me mode to work properly. It will often stop following and you have to go with the regular remote. That has not been a problem; it works perfectly in that mode.

I finally bought the V2 package, cart, motor, and sidekick. Walking 18 is much more enjoyable now.

The cart would be better with two front wheels. The Side Kick has been difficult to work. Ii have used mostly the rei remote. I need to take the time to practice with it and if I still have problems, I will call.
